Absolutely great costumer service!! The manager was great as well. Looks like he cares for his employees. While we were there he was celebrating an employee 3 years of employment! Really good to see that type of leadership.

I like that Walgreens pharmacy stores they are every where convenient located close by in every neighborhood city this one is just a 5 min walk to pick up my prescription refills, this store is smaller compared to Westlake store which is 2nd closes maybe 1.2 miles if I want to drive. I rather walk and get some fitness in,why not. This store seems busy throughout the day as its located off the main intersection off mission street, you may see traffic gets busy at certain times of the day.

I am a regular here because I live down the street. There is a person that works here now who is over the top obnoxious and rude. This store has always had a problem with mistagging items and removing all sales tags a whole day or 2 before the new ad comes out, which makes it a confusing shop experience. On two occasions so far, this employee was paged after things rang up a different price than what was on the sales tag. This employee refused to honor the posted price each time even though it is against the law. For example, an entire display of cereal was mistagged as being 2 for 5 and he/she refused to honor the price. And when I said they could at least remove the tags, he/she got rude with me and it was very uncalled for.

That said, the Indian guy who I assume is the manager is a nice guy.

I like how they don't breath down your neck while you're shopping, prices are good on candy, and certain employees like the Filipina that works at the register are super friendly and ready with a smile.

The pharmacy sucks. You've got all these sick people in line and they have just one person attending them. Some of the older folk look ready to keel over by the time they get to the front of the line. Then you have pharmacy employees who botch things by charging you for things your insurance covers. If you try and call the pharmacist, don't be surprised to be on hold for 30 minutes and when someone finally answers, they talk into the phone like it's a pager, "Mr. Smith to the counter please", and then hang up in your face.

Terrible service. Long wait times and untidy aisles. I try to avoid this Walgreens whenever I can.

Update - Last time I used this Walgreens they denied my prescription claiming my insurance wasn't active. Turns out the pharmacist typed in my number wrong!

Pharmacy is understaffed and painfully slow. Not sure if I trust the pharmacist to administer vaccines either. The 1 second alcohol wipe and zero interest in confirming which shots were warning signs.

This Walgreens pharmacy has a very bad customer service. Expect to wait for over 30 minutes to pick up your prescription
They put incapable workers who don’t care about customers’ time. Ineffective and poor management

Worst pharmacy staff ever. Expect 50-60minute delays for basic prescriptions after reaching the counter and speaking to the pharmacist. This is in addition to waiting in line.

For instance, I had to pick up a prescription cream for our infant son who was in writhing pain. Nedita, the pharmacist took 67 minutes (SIXTY SEVEN!) to get a tube of cream from a shelf behind the counter.

Highly recommend filling your prescriptions elsewhere. There is no sense of purpose, let alone emergency.

Update: They gave a different prescription for our 7month old son because “it was similar to what the doctor prescribed” and we had to rush him to Urgent Care!!

Wow this pharmacy gave me the wrong pills! I don’t expect much, but I expect to get my actual medication. Good thing I noticed as soon as I was going to take my medication the next day and wasn’t in too much danger. The pharmacist said “we’ll have to look into how that happened” when I brought the bottle back.

They have bad service and they are very rude works. I will not be shopping there any more because they don’t help you in anything.

The pharmacy department is ridiculous! Ive burnt my arm pretty badly while cooking and wanted to see which cream would be right for me. Waited for a consultation for 15 minutes and left unseen, the pharmacist was just doing their own thing without even acknowledging me. Her "advise" would take 5 seconds of her time.

The worst costomer service ever, called the pharmacy ( should be knowledgeable polite ppl) they so rude unprofessional couldn’t help me with simple question as if we missed the day of the vaccine for the 2nd dose (as they booked it ) but they said we don’t have appointment and no confirmation no.
Carless people

Completely unprofessional. Pharmacy is the worse. Long lines, long waits, & rude staff. Always homeless people outside of this Walgreens. Go to Weslake. Save yourself the hassle.

Skip this pharmacy. They have long lines, are chronically understaffed and super slow. Worst experience getting what should have been a quick flu shot.

Waited 40 minutes on hold just to not get the called picked up absolutely ridiculous

Unbearable wait times. Also super run down from time, go get your stuff somewhere else
