I went in to buy some clothes at this location looking to get some Christmas stuff and the employee Ursula was so helpful and kind! She helped me find the perfect gift for my sister.

So glad I went to this location, The manager on duty was super helpful and patient with helping me figure out my gift card issue. Gave me a customer service number to call and speak to an actual person and was able to solve the issue then and there. Definitely recommend this store!

They have the best employees!!!! March 24, 2018 (9P.M) I went back to the store and asked the employees (1 guy & 2 girls) if they can open the fitting room for me because I thought I left my phone there. I didn't see it, but they helped me a lot. There was this girl who called my phone and the others were looking all over the store. They even turned the lights off to see if my phone lights up. They didn't just do their job. What they did is an example of kindness. Thank you so much Btw, someone turned in my phone to my manager.

ever since serramonte opened this month pacsun closed the first time i went then next time i went mall pacsun had a cash register problem n closed right when i got there how am i supposed to get cute clothes and brandy now 😭
