DENNIS Uniform

I visited the store hoping to pick up a blazer for my son who attends Stuart Hall, and while I was informed that DENNIS doesn’t carry the uniform at their location, the sales representative went above and beyond to help me with my situation. She took the time to help me place an order online, answered all my questions and made sure that all my needs were met. The drive took over an hour, and despite not being able to leave that day with the blazer, I’m still glad I made the visit. The store is well organized and clean, and all the workers seemed to be in good spirits. I was helped by the store manager, Mila, and I appreciate her kindness and how she went above and beyond for me. Definitely recommend this store for all your uniform needs!

Costumer service is exceptional. This store and its staff are a pillar to the community, they are local woman owned (unfortunate that their SF location closed) and give back to local schools. Really sweet people.

I had a return and needed to order 2 other sizes and a new sweatshirt that needed to be sent to my home. The sales person looked in back for me (w/o asking) first to check and was extremely helpful.

The staff was so nice to open the store 5min early when saw me pull up into the parking lot.

We always have a fascinating experience every time we come to the Redwood City store! Amazing employees specially Mila and the rest of the staff are very helpful even its so crowded and busy. Everyone are trying to help everyone as much as they can!

This uniform store is among a bunch of other businesses in an industrial area. The staff are over the top knowledgeable when it comes to the different schools and the differences in uniforms even between grades, styles, schools, Etc. I was very impressed as they assisted different customers in line! They have a store to shop in and have a large supply in the back of things that might not be on the floor, so always ask what you're looking for. They can also imprint emblems in store right away as needed. Be sure to stop early for school uniforms as August is too late, and supply is already low, but staff are quick to order things online for you.

I recently visited the uniform store in Redwood City, and it was worth the trip from San Francisco. The location is convenient and accessible to customers from neighboring areas. I was impressed by the wide selection of uniforms available, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the right sizes and styles. The store's layout was neat and organized, making the shopping experience enjoyable. If you're in the San Francisco area, I highly recommend making the short trip to Redwood City for your uniform needs. It's a store worth visiting for its excellent service, selection, and convenience.

I came here on a Saturday morning and cars were already parked, waiting for the store to open. Ten minutes before opening, parents were already lining up. Despite the busyness, transactions were done in less than 15 minutes. All the staff were nice and helpful. Mila, the manager, made sure I got everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for uniforms. The service was great and the quality was superb.

We came today to get our grandsons uniforms. The store was closed due to a computer order issue. However Monica came to the door and after speaking with her she lets us in to purchase items that did not require ordering. She was stellar in helping us make our purchases. She knows her job and is very pleasant to deal with.

The people here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I always find what I’m looking for and have wonderful conversations with the employees. I couldn’t ask for an easier uniform process than what Dennis Uniforms provides us.

A great store with a wonderful crew; it was great to walk in and see all the smiling faces. Everyone was patient and polite, and they helped me get in and out with what I needed in just a few minutes. It was such a nice, calm experience! The manager, Milla, was so kind and personable, and made sure to take the time to greet me and check that things were going smoothly. Definitely pay a visit for all your school uniform needs!

This was our first experience of buying uniform for our child. The store was very busy when we arrived on Saturday. That coupled with the fact that this stores sells uniform for various schools, it made it hard for us to shop.

One Ms. Nellie was very patient and she helped us in picking out various uniform items for our child. She made the experience smoother.

My daughter is in 1st grade at St. Joachim School in Madera, CA for the first time this year. From the website, I had no idea what sizes to order for her. As I was getting ready to order her items, I wanted to order 2-3 different sizes. As the Fresno location is now closed, I checked for the next closest location. The Redwood City location was almost 3 hours away, so last Saturday I drove there to size her. I am speechless! Sizing my daughter was easy thanks to Mila's (the manager) amazing customer service! Although I was concerned that some of the items I was given looked different in color than what I had seen online, she was able to fit her into whatever samples she had available in her store. Assuring me that the style and fit would remain the same, she told me I should not worry about it (for instance, the Marymount skort, she handed me a navy skort that I could try on to make sure it fit my daughter). Amanda, the cashier, also provided excellent customer service. Throughout the ordering process, she always remained cheerful and patient, and was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon confirming the logos and colors for all the items I wanted, she assured me that all of them were correct for my daughter's school. Although it was a bit of a drive to Redwood City, it was well worth it!

Milla made this experience so wonderful and easy, I left with everything I was hoping for, but the whole crew was so personable and friendly throughout my visit. Shout out to Amanda, Bob, Monica, Cecilia, Harman, Kenny & Manny for being kind and friendly and patient. Definitely stop by for your uniform needs, and leave with some new friends!

We stopped by Dennis today about an hour before they closed and were just hoping to try and some uniforms so we could order online. I had no idea they would be so fully stocked! We were able to get everything we needed for our daughter’s new school year. The staff was amazing and super helpful. They made our life so simple, and we walked out with everything we needed. I had a wonderful experience visiting the store; the wide selection of shirts, pants, and accessories made the trip worth it, and the friendly and engaging personality of the sales clerk has encouraged me to continue shopping here. Staff is SUPER helpful, especially Mila the store manager at the Redwood City location. I can always depend on them to help me find the correct size and or order the correct size. I give Redwood City location two thumbs up!

The ladies that work there are super helpful and sweet! I went in yesterday shopping for my son’s preschool uniform and they were very knowledgeable and made our shopping experience a breeze. They are very family oriented and patient, we look forward to going back every year and seeing their friendly staff again!

So happy that Notre Dame Belmont finally has a storefront for uniforms! Bravo! All skirts and shirts are in stock and ready to purchase, no need to wait 4-6 weeks for back ordered items.

We started coming to Dennis Uniform 10+ years ago for our elementary school. When they moved to an online store, it was always a challenge guessing sizes each year & not being able to try the clothes on. Not to mention missing that back-to-school shopping/right of passage each summer.

Fingers crossed St. Matthew Catholic School will come back to Dennis now that all the local Sears/Lands End stores have closed!
