As best as a sketcher could get. Big store with plenty of choice for everyone. Staffs were helpful. Went there looking for shoes for my dad, we took our sweet time trying out shoes and dad finally found what he was looking for. Dad's happy, so am I.

Plenty of selections for shoes, slippers,working shoes etc. Helpful, attentive staff. Smiling even under pressure 😄✌. Easy check out. Ask for their sale items.

Skechers on 22nd and Mission has been here for quite some time now and I am glad to say that the quality has gone up, prices remain low, and staff is there to help!

I got a pair of comfortable shoes for $59.99 and the second one half off for like $25. That's 2 pairs of shoes for a $100!

There are more affordable options nearby but I find Skechers by far the best value - best deal for your money.

Memory foam soles - wide and extra wide fit is what wins my vote. I find most shoes too narrow so I have to buy shoes a few sizes up(like size 9!!!) and then they're too long. I have really wide feet.

There's a wide selection of men's, women's and children's shoes and also socks. This is good, practical footwear. It's not going to impress a fashionista and it isnt much of a status symbol - but I prefer my feet not to be the first impression anyways.

Really I'm just 5'8" with size 8 feet at most so I have to assert my masculinity by wearing bigger shoes for all those years of being the shortest kid in school! 😂

To me shoes are the most important part of an outfit. It is also one of the more intimate - I strongly suggest buying new shoes to avoid getting something on your feet that you can't take off.

Had the sketches sliip ons that I wanted

They have a huge selection of shoes. We got some for the wife and she got $72 shoes at $27 on sale clearance. They also we're having a two for one sale on most brands except for the clearance items. I unfortunately did not find exactly what I was looking for. I would have bought one. But they had about a half size too big. Overall though it's the biggest selection of shoes imaginable for the middle of San Francisco at super low prices. Super attentive and friendly staff and this store has been here forever. I think I caught down on fire once but they build it back up and it looks like it's going pretty strong. I would say it is definitely worth checking out

Great place for shoes really good customer service

I bought 2 pairs of shoe few months ago and the pair I have been wearing has a minor defect, which is not normal wear and tear.

Though I don't have the receipt, Susanne, the store manager, kindly agreed to exchange the shoes for me, with no questions ask.

I have been to this store a number of times in the past few years, and it is the first time that I find a manufacturing defect. And the good news is they exchange it willingly, even without a receipt.

Over these years, I find the shoes comfortable and price very reasonable.

I would keep going back. I recommend the store.

I went to the outlet warehouse and there was a real good sale. I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes for $150.

A large store in the Mission. I didn't need much customer service, and was left alone after the greeting when I entered. They had a good selection of shoes for men, women, and children. The prices seemed reasonable, and there was a special (not sure if it's always active) where the 2nd pair of shoes was only $10 more. Return policy seemed to be quite flexible. You didn't even need to keep the box. I needed a pair of black non-slip shoes. I was in and out in 20 minutes, with most of the time determining which pair to buy. I've had over a week to wear the shoes, and am pleased with my choice.

This store always amazes me. I go there most of the time with a particular shoe in mind that I purchased before and liked, but end up leaving with one or two pairs. Neither of these resemble anything like what I had in mind, because what I had in mind has already been discontinued. At least they're quick to turn an old style and always presenting their new lines. Staff is attentive and ready to get your size from the stockroom if it isn't there with the floor models. They're always priced reasonably. I've never been able to participate in their "frequent buyer" program, because they've already closed that program and moved on to another one that I whole heartedly sign up for but know that I won't be able to take advantage of... maybe if I shopped there more often.

Great place to get your sketchers. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wish I could get the same deals in store as online. Never have my sizes on-line, and now they never have the sales in store. Shame on corporate Sketchers.

I love it here! And theres a nice Factory 2 U right down a few stores that you can grab some pretty nice outfits from to go along with your newly purchased sketchers. The deals are amazing and the store is quite large! Really good selection.

The small asian lady was very generous. She was very patient except when running very fast to retrieve my shoes. It was amazing how speedy she was. No really it was great. Service was fabulous and the store was decent. PINOY POWER.

Parking is a bit hard to find for a handicap person due to not having enough spaces. Overall it was nice and the employees were amazing and extremely helpful.

Outlet Store that tends to have better selection than many. Clearance can be very sweet. Timing and selection vary greatly. I defenitly have had like 90 out of 100 Wins vs. not, here. Mark Nason(Tm) in Mens 12 & 13 (My Size, but of course they have the rest. Great Womens Selection as well, from my limited perspective ;-) from 50-70% Off.

Staff is great as well. Management, Sales Team, even Security, all these folks have given Me Five Star Cust. Service every visit for the last 5+ Yrs. Awesome. I try to go in every week or so. I love Shoes and Boots, & saving money. Sketchers Rewards Program is quiet *A great thing..no multi daily email blasts,but gives mch higher rewards than Best Buy or Gamestop, for Example.

Almost ALWAYS buy one get one 50% off! The clearance section is super cheap with great deals. Socks are also buy one get one 50% usually. Carlos was SO helpful and patient.

Great I was able to exchange the 3 pair of shoes that I bought in December they were the wrong size I brought them back from Mexico an a young lady at the counter was great your a very lucky company to have an employee like her thank you so much for the great service
