Fiori

I found a gorgeous bouquet pre-made with long stems, I could have put together my own bouquet with a huge array of Gorgeous flowers. My mother was in surgery and this place was perfect for finding exactly what I was looking for, even though I didn't know what that was. Their customer service was superb, and street parking was surprisingly easy. If I'm ever visiting somebody in the hospital and definitely coming back here.

Of course all the flower shops are slammed for Valentines Day, but Sophia squeezed me in for a last minute evening delivery. She was so nice, and the bouquet was beautiful. Thanks guys!

Fiori floral design team just created the most over the top flower sculpture for me to give to a very special person who lives in San Francisco. I have to call the flowers a sculpture because it had all of the design elements, of a well-crafted sculpture; movement, tension, interesting negative space.

Fiori chose a simple three color, three flower palette. But within that simplicity there is complexity of shape and texture. The flowers used; orange protea, yellow orchids, and purple calla lilies, will also have some longevity. That’s a good thing, because it would be a shame to toss such a beautiful creation in four days. :)

Turnaround time from conversation to finished product was remarkably quick.
My only complaint is that Fiori is yet to open a satellite branch in Sacramento.
If I lived in SF I’d order an arrangement for myself on a weekly basis!

Don't agree with the other reviews. The lady helping me was very nice and I thought the flowers were reasonably priced.

Great flowers, poor service

This bouquet cost me over $80 bucks.......

I got flowers at the Bud Stop earlier this week and their bouquet was a lot bigger and prettier, it was around $60. Take your business there

I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a bouquet for my engagement shoot and I showed the florist multiple photos of what I wanted, discussed size, what flowers I wanted, what flowers I didn’t want, and the overall look I wanted. However upon picking up the bouquet, it was NOTHING as discussed. Even the flowers I said not to use, were used. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received and the overall product - especially for the price I paid. I will NEVER recommend Fiori and will definitely not return as a customer. There is no explanation as to how a business can mess up an order so badly when images were provided and a thorough explanation was given.

Should have read other reviews before walking in, I wouldn’t even spend my money here if I was running late on a classy date and they were the only place open. Asked for price and assistance on a single rose (most looked withered to start) and the lady working didn’t want to show me what type of wrapping it came in untill I had her cut the rose. I explained to her I wanted to see what the wrap looked like she says “we have paper and cellophane, you never seen a flower before?” I nicely explained to her that customers would like to see the arranged product before spending what I could get a whole bouquet of better condition roses on at any other local flower stand for.
