All staff on duty were exceptional for friendliness, patience, information, direction, comfort; but my specific professional, Josue, went above and beyond to allow us to make the right decision for our home and $$$ level.

Had a great experience shopping for a new sofa! Wide selection, great quality at an affordable price point. The store manager personally asked us if there was anything we needed help with. Home delivery was also a breeze!

Nikki in the call center was wonderful, told her I needed queen size bed as soon as possible. She set everything up for delivery the next day. Delivery was fantastic, everything was delivered right set up old mattress hauled away and they were early! Communication was wonderful they let me know when the items were out for delivery and provided an update on the delivery time being little earlier than expected. My daughter loves her new bed, will definitely do business here again! Oh my Bob! 😁

Great store to shop for furniture. Prices are reasonable for the quality and sales service was awesome. Manager Rocky and sales person Micheal were awesome at walking me through my options and helped me create a package that was meant for my liking. Definitely recommended.

We got excellent service from Michael at Bob's Discount Furniture Worcester. Despite being busy, he guided us through our options and helped us find a comfortable and stylish sofa. He even provided paper and pen to sketch out our ideas, which he helped turn into reality. Highly recommend Michael and the store for quality furniture and outstanding service.

The salesperson, Luke, was very helpful in answering our questions about a chair we were considering for our elderly mother. I like that the company has a process where the salesperson typed in the order on a tablet right at the item you are purchasing. He then escorted us to the payment location. The whole process was simple and quick.

Regarding service, Bobby was awesome helping me with my online order. Unfortunately, the SKU # online was not showing the correct bed frame size, and she went above and beyond to find another that was the exact size, better, and above all cheaper! I had an excellent 1st time experience because she prevented me getting the wrong bed frame. Despite that, I'm totally happy with the service.

Raj S was a great salesman to work with. Helpful but not pushy or overbearing. Even factored in a FaceTime call with my daughter who would be receiving the new couch! Delivery men were very courteous with delivery and set up!
