Keith Imbody is the ONLY reason I still use the Worcester target drive up. As a single mother to a 9 month old that works two jobs it’s hard to have the time to go into the store. Keith aka the flash is the worlds greatest target employee. He’s super kind, sweet, funny and smart. Always goes the extra mile to make sure you get everything you were looking for. Rain shine snow hail etc he is at the car the minute you arrive to your parked spot. He always knows how to make you smile. This man deserves a raise or a nice lil bonus!!!

The staff at Target Optical is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Girouard spent time with me to understand my needs, quickly find my problems and provide me with options that made me comfortable and satisfied with my new contact lenses. I would definitely recommend this shop in this doctor. It was a great experience.

Thank you Michelle for assisting us and for going above and beyond helping my friend with the return of a play station 5. It took three trips to target and no one was able to help before We met you. Thank you once again for making us feel valued as customers.

I returned my EarPods because they were not working properly only to discover they were counterfeit

Went shopping Christmas eve, all registers were open. Found every thing I was looking for no problem, wasn't that crowded and cashiers were quick to ring up items and bag them. Almost better then rest of the shopping days. Returned a item there were even extra help at that counter. If your really in a rush and there are long lines you can checkout In the electronic dept. Great experience.

Sales associate Ellen not only told me where to find item I was looking for but also brought me to aisle.

I want to thank the Target staff for helping me yesterday. I am autistic and felt I was being mistreated by the blonde pharmacist who works for CVS. I tried to advocate for myself and let that person know how they were treating me was causing me to be overwhelmed and that it wasn't okay. I tried to remain calm but grew increasingly upset until I had an actual meltdown. I was unable to get myself out of the store without help from target staff. They listened to me with kindness and compassion, got me water, kleenex, and even took me out another entrance so I didn't have to face the registers. I want to thank them for listening and treating me with dignity and respect.

The customer service at this Target is amazing. My daughter lost her phone while we were shopping last night. But a Retail lead found the phone and tried to contact one of the contacts that kept texting her. This made it possible for me to be able to reach out and find the phone. I am truly thankful for this associates help and honesty.

Goodness, where should I start --> Target runs are exactly that, it's quick and easy. Whatever I need, I get brought to my car in minutes. Often everything I'd like is in stock and the associates are professional and courteous. I don't have to select a time slot hours or days in advance like at that other store. I'm grateful for this service.

Well as been a couple of years that I haven't been to Target for being there after a couple years I could say that Target has upgraded into a large waves and waves that I couldn't never imagined the quality of the products is amazing very clean very organized and on top of that a lot of good deals I do recommend Target for good special deals as everything else that you Mead and look for

This Target is on-point. It's extremely well organized considering the volume of customers filtering in and out of here each day. The place is huge, offering options for things you didn't even know you needed until you started shopping here. The staff are helpful and friendly, if you can find them. The prices are what we all come here for, paired with a decent quality of all items for sale. This Target hits its mark on what it's designed to do.

I would like to mention a very special associate named Paula. She went out of her way to help me find a toy for my daughter today. She was so kind and helpful, I cannot express my gratitude enough! Target has always been awesome, but Paula exceeded my expectations and should definitely be mentioned as an outstanding associate.

Ms. Debra provided truly exceptional service. I work in the customer service industry all my life and she is the real deal. I look forward for her to help me again even if its just few minutes out of my day. Thank you Ms. Debra!

We love target overall, there is just not enough staff and they are overworked and underpaid. Therefore stock was blocking aisles, because there were not enough people to put stuff out.

The associate was attentive, scanned my phone app, promptly retrieved my package and it all took just a few minutes. We were also happy to find that all employees and patrons were masked and the cashier area was clean and disinfected.

Found almost everything we looked for, with the exception of the newest Patriots Fan T-Shirts &
make up brushes ...(which is what I needed most, ja, ja ...); but all in all, found the store to be clean, & well stocked. We also got some much needed help from their Tech Counter with my Cell Phone Contacts transfers ... Thank you so much to all Target Employee's there. Great Store!

Overall, the store was fine, and the employees were nice. However, an associate named Brandon was exceptional! Somehow, no matter where in the store I was or what I needed, there he was to help. And I needed a lot of help. He took a heavy item to the register for me and got someone to load it into my car. Thank you Brandon!

I went in to make a return and the customer service person was very nice, efficient and courteous.
Every time I go in here the customer service folks are so nice, quick and efficient. All the staff are equally nice. This is a nice store.

it is convient. the store,linoln street worc ma, is clean,neat, and the staff is always helpful,more so than other target stores i've been to. I shop almost exclusively on-line. i used targets service for in store pick-up because the toy was only available in the store. i ordered on line and pckrd up 2 hrs later. Amazing - this might be my new way to shop.
