I have been a longtime customer at Sentry’s Medford locations. When I realized the car I wanted to purchase was in Shrewsbury, the staff arranged to bring the car to me. When I elected to take advantage of the excellent loan interest rate Mazda offered, papers were handled with dispatch. I’m happy to recommend the people at Sentry.

Hello! Bought a 2023 cx-30 turbo. From the beginning of the process, every single person at Sentry Mazda was polite, professional, and not once, intrusive. A special shout out to my salesman Christian Conner for his professionalism and attention to detail. I explained my needs and price range and not once did he try and talk me into more. Highly recommend going back and have shared my experience w family. Kudos!

Was in the market for a 23 cx30 turbo premium in polymetal gray. Saw this model listed on there website. I called to confirm availability then drove 3 1/2 hours from NY. I definitely was worth the drive. Salesman Cameron and sales manager Tim were great! They treated me with respect and the price they quoted me was what I paid. No hidden fees. The buying process couldn't have been easier no high pressure sales pitch. I would definitely recommend sentry mazda for your next car

I bought a certified used 2021 cx30 from Sentry right before Christmas time.
I showed up without an appointment and within 5 minutes they let me and my mother in law take the car out for a test drive ourselves which was great!
We loved the car, so we went back and got a trade-in value on my old car. Compared to the other dealerships that I looked at, Sentry gave me the best trade-in value for my car. (Sentry essentially told me they would only break even with my car because it was so old. They would just take it to auction and probably only get the amount that they paid me for it)
Tim, our sales person, was very nice and helpful and he wasn’t pushy.
I left after getting my trade-in value , and then called the next morning to tell him that I wanted to buy the car. When I arrived, he let me know that they certified the car since I last drove it, which brought up the price by $1500, but because I’d already seen the car before it was certified, they dropped it down to only an additional $500 for me, which I think is a really great deal of all of the things that I get the certification.
two days after getting the car, I had an engine light come on. I brought the car back to the dealership and they fixed it for me free of charge. (it was a sensor replacement)
Overall this was a very positive experience and I’ll be taking my car here to get fixed when necessary! Thank you Tim and Sentry team!

Great service. Great staff! They are so willing to help. I waited I the waiting room. It was comfortable. I got updated videos of the work being done on my car. Everything was explained to me. And I left with a freshly washed car.

Initially talked to Jim Kelly and he was very knowledgeable! Once I left the car with them, they knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and in good time too. The people at sentry Mazda are excellent at what they do and I will be going to them from now on whenever a problem arises!

We have gone to Sentry West for our past 3 cars. Each time we have had a great experience. We never felt pressured to make any purchases and we have been happy with each vehicle we've bought. Ed Collins helped us this time around and he was great.

The best experience! No hassle, they didn't even want to appraise my car until after I test drove the car I wanted to make sure I liked the car - now that's a rarity . I loved the cx30 , totally satisfied from test drive to driving away . Financing was great . I went to 2 other dealerships before sentry Mazda . I travel for nearly an hour to bring my Mazda to these folks because I trust them to do the work properly, they work fast, and there’s no sales pressure. (Plus they have an AWESOME beverage machine!) Leased three cars from them with satisfactory outcomes. Worth the trip!

I stopped in several car dealerships and this one was the most pleasant. The guy the greeted me was helpful, no pressure, friendly. There were no Mazda models that interested me but the dealership was what it should be.

Staff is always friendly and super helpful, Jim is great. Love that they send you videos of recommended services and notify you when services have been complete. Been with them for years, highly recommend!

Tim at Sentry was great to work with. I was travelling from 1.5 hours away to see a car because they had the best price for the model and mileage I was looking for on a pre-owned Mazda. When I pulled up in the parking lot, Tim immediately saw me and figured that I was the out-of-stater and pulled up the Mazda I wanted to see before I was even out of the car. Very easy to work with, efficient purchase process. Tim dropped the car off in the town where I live - made everything so easy. Love this dealership. I needed new tires and made the appointment. Jim called to let me know if i moved the date up by 2 days i would be eligible for a discount that was expiring. He went out of his way to save me money. I've always had great interactions from sales to service.

I've been coming here for years to have my Mazda service and I highly recommend them! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The tech sends me a video of my vehicle inspection and explains what work needs to be done and why it should be done.
