The place has a very good layout , easy to find what your looking for all under one roof. Customer service is great no lines ,always a self check out available. The produce is great and they always have many different kinds of fruits

Stop & Shop is a great store where you can find unique salads, herbs, and different types of cheese. I always find what I need at Stop&Shop! Clean store, friendly people, handicap accessible, handicap parking, and clean restrooms! I'd like to add the fact that I've been shopping at Stop & Shop since 1983 and have never once gotten anything bad! The meats are Always put out fresh daily! It's a highly recommended establishment, and I'm proud to have shopped here for 40 years!

Nolan on the Deli department, went above and beyond to get my families requested ham and cheese sliced and prepared accordingly. He was very enthusiastic and caring for the needs of the customer. Thank you Nolan, for your time and positive vibes 🙂 have a great weekend.
10/12/23 Worcester Store

Aisles are wider than other Stop and Shops. They are very clean and organized. They ever have other items you won't find in the other Stop and Shop supermarket. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

My family shopped here all of my childhood years from 1950's to 1990's. I was so pleased to see the store remains in Lincoln Plaza.

I've yet to have a bad experience with any one of the Stop & Shop supermarkets. Knock on wood right? Starting to love there deserts. You got to try them.

Love this store been coming here for 11 years faithfully, an They really do have the cheapest prices best deals in the whole city, and all the employees are awesome!!!

This stop& shop is clean and well stocked. There are always associates around who can help if you have a question. The produce always looks good.

Much larger than the other Stop...very well located not as much traffic and quieter area

I was in and out quick but the store seemed clean, stocked and officiant. Cashier was friendly and bagger was making friendly jokes with me about the heat outside. It was a pleasant experience. But what impressed me was the Plaza (Lincoln plaza). The stores were inclusive to most interests including a target, a Dickson sporting good, a home goods, TJ max, and many more retail establishments scattered with multiple eateries and restaurants of many varieties. Varying levels of cost and expense in this plaza makes it so persons or families of most could easily find an inexpensive thing to do here. In fact you could probably spend the day with all the shops and restaurants to explore. All in all an impressive plaza and a pleasant stop and shop.

Had an experience today where a customer was sitting outside being rude and insulted me walking into the store. I was originally not going to handle it but, instead walked up to a nice gentleman who got the Manager Ever to talk with me. I was super frustrated but, he handled the situation great. I was super impressed with how calmly both him and the gentleman collecting carts (didn’t get a name) handled things. Specifically Ever who heard my issue and even walked with me and handled it so I didn’t feel like I’d get harassed leaving the building. Management under those circumstances isn’t easy I’ve been a manager for years and can say a situation like that is the last thing anyone wants and to handle it with class, calmness and understanding the way Ever did is amazing. That’s beyond 5 star work.

I really do like Stop & Shop. They got some Supremely Friendly people working for them. Facility is in great condition. Lots of yummy things to get. Plenty of assistance if need help. Great place to shop.

Here come here often because it's close to me. Had the best biggest blueberries today!

I like the big family packages of meat Hamburger chicken legs bone less chicken beef sausages hot sausages for sweet sausages I always go on that side with a big family pack meat that can you get the more for your money you have to come home and and a breakup and that's what I do but it's well worth it to buy from them Stop & shop Robin Gabree.

The Lincoln Plaza Stop and Shop Supermarket is well organized and well staffed. Produce is fresh, and there is good variety in groceries. It is a little pricier than Price Chopper, but it has more variety. I am happy.

This place was great. Great overall store. Loved their meats, etc.

Ayanna Johnson is such a sweet young lady extremely polite and appears to know her job very well. Your store should be very lucky to have her.
