I VERY much recommend Imperial Toyota in Milford for your car’s service! I just got my first oil change today and the staff were super friendly. Since I did a google review when I bought the car, I got my first oil change for free. In the mix of everything, I didn’t get an email or a paper with a free oil change so when Devin (the service representative) checked me in, he made sure to check that for me and everything was free! Devin went out of his way to double check that for me, and they were super quick. I was in and out, less than an hour! Highly recommend going here! 😊 (Photos are from when I bought her)

5 stars! I worked with Arthur and he was amazing getting me set up in my new (used) Toyota. I originally had an appointment to see a different car (no deposit over the phone) that was sold before I came, but Arthur set me up with a beautiful 2015 Corolla that had just come in the week before instead. I'm lucky I was able to get this car! It handles like a dream, looks clean and they made sure it had all the little things done before they handed it over. And the best part is, this was originally sold at their dealership, traded in, then used to win over a new customer (me!). These guys know repeat business is good business and they'll set you up with what you need, from the Sales to the Finance staff. I've already recommended them to two other people!

I hate the process of shopping for new cars. More often than not, it’s an unpleasant experience. Just bought a new car from Sam Ekladious and I have to say it was a breath of fresh air. It was his day off and essentially he spent the whole day catering to us. The last car I bough was an Audi S7 and the salesman handed me the keys without telling me any details about the car. Here it was a totally different experience. Even though we finished signing the papers at 7pm, Sam wouldn’t let us leave until he showed us all of the features of the car. He is truly and honestly a good person who made this one of the best experiences I have had. He is trustworthy and he cares. Would buy another car from him in the future. Thank you Sam!

Hany was extremely professional and he was able to help me find the car that worked well within my price range and preferences. Buying a vehicle can be daunting; Hany was very easy going and great to work with, I never felt uncomfortable nor upset at anytime throughout the process.

I have been going to Imperial Toyota for service ever since they bought the dealership. At my most recent service appointment I worked with Eugene Desroches as my Service Writer. I have had him as a Service Writer multiple times previously and as usual he was very prompt, friendly, and helpful. He makes the whole process painless and stress free.

I helped my son purchase a pre-owned 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport at Imperial. I have been involved with 4 family purchases here up until this date. Hany was our sales representative and he was excellent. I saw a car I liked online, went in on a whim and Bruno was very personable and knowledgeable. I decided not to buy that day and they didn’t push me to buy it, which was a different experience. I ended up doing some research and talked to my wife about it and decided to buy the car. Everything went smoothly and Bruno and his manager Eric squared everything away on the phone. It was great dealing with this team at Imperial Toyota, will be shopping there again in the future.
