I brought my NX in for a routine oil change and get new back brakes. Keisha walked me through everything and provided me with my preference for a loaner car as well. She text me with updates on the service including when my car would be finished. I asked for her business card as it was such a positive experience working with her that I plan to reach out to her again for any assistance. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and I also had a question on certain features of the vehicle and the possibility of modifying the default settings of said feature. The service rep that worked with me was very nice and helpful in providing answers the my questions and explaining the services performed on the vehicle.
Overall the experience was very good and Lexus of Northborough will continue to be my preferred service location for.my vehicle.

I recently purchased my new car from here. My whole experience was great. All the staff and representatives there seem very knowledgeable and helpful. My agent, Eugene has been simply amazing throughout! He was very responsive to all my emails and calls. He explained the whole process and answered all my questions very patiently. He also walked through all the important and unique features of the car and set up my app and the basic stuff for me. You won’t get this kind of quality service everywhere.

Also the finance officer Chris was very nice and promptly finished all my paper works. They very genuine and honest people, and not too pushy at all! I am very happy with my purchase and I’m sure I’ll be coming to this dealership many more times.

Best Lexus dealership! I bought my RX350 from this Lexus branch in 2019 and have been going there almost religiously since. I moved to Boston recently and the nearest Lexus dealership location to me is Watertown- definitely not the same! I always go back to the Northborough location for everything including minor and major services as well as car accessories. Their staff is extremely professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Joe is my service advisor. He is excellent and always goes above and beyond. He also takes time to explain things I may not understand without getting frustrated with me. During my last visit I asked Joe about possibly trading my current car for a 2024 RX 350 and he connected me with the sales team. I met with Marcelo who is was just as professional and also very approachable. He took the time to go over all my options with me and stayed just beyond closing to go over all the new car features and provide estimates. Extremely pleasant and took the time to discuss my ride needs as someone who spends a lot of time on the road. I will be returning for a test drive soon! Overall 10/10. I love Lexus and I love this service location. Thank you guys!

Lexus of Northborough was a great experience The car buying experience was five stars. From the salesman, Eugene to the finance representative, Very easy transaction. Very professional, and a very friendly and welcoming environment at lexus of Northborough. we are dropping home our brand new 2024 Lexus NX 350. Every one is super friendly from the front counter to service counter and to the salesman.

In the past, I would enter car dealerships with defenses up and my attack well prepared. However, Lexus of Northborough make me feel like a friend. At each spot in the deal process there is clarity and attentiveness to your terms. I've now bought two vehicles from them and I will buy my third there as well.

This is our 2nd vehicle from here within a year. Bought our 2022 GX460 in 2022 while living in MA. We moved to Florida in 2022 and I wanted another vehicle (23 RX350 F sport) for myself instead of buying in Florida. I choose to buy here with Jovani and Chris Campos (finance manager). Both are very professional and easy to deal with. Both worked with me despite being out of state, paperwork and delivery of the vehicle went very smooth. Very happy with my 2023 RX350 Fsport. My wife and I have purchased four cars from Lexus of Northborough and highly recommend them for their services and professionalism. Recently, I experienced a strange issue involving the 14" information screen. It was a real head-scratcher, but the service team, including Kevin, their master technician, consulted with Lexus Engineering and were able to figure it out. Thanks to the team and to my service manager, Adam who did a great job communicating with me through the engagement. Finally, thanks to Sales Manager, Noah for his support that goes beyond the Sales process.

Not only was it done quickly and efficiently, but I was told the tire was still under warranty and there was no charge for the tire!!
