Called early in the morning, was able to schedule over a drop off. Got text to be able to communicate with customer service. I got a video of the repair. Walked me through what had happened. Pick up was easy. Overall great experience.

Sebastian was the bomb! He helped me find the correct vehicle that was right for me. He was honest, listened to my needs and helped me get the vehicle I wanted for the price I could afford. I hope he’ll still be there in three years when I have to re -up my lease! He was a pleasure to work with.

Just an update. Went in for routine service. I had purchased a pre-paid package that includes oil changes and tire rotations, so I get a discount and there’s no bill at checkout. I made the appointment the day prior, they knew I was waiting on site, so they were able to get right to it and I was done in the time it took to have a couple coffees and send some emails. They update using a video camera so you know ahead of time if something unexpected is discovered. Very happy with this service department.

Silvia (not sure of spelling) was so friendly and so helpful. She respected I didn’t want to do a lot of the back and forth and was able to relatively quickly come back with an offer I was happy with. Everyone else in the process was also easy to work with and really made me feel like they genuinely wanted to make me happy.

Brought our rav4 in for a water leak concern, we were treated very well and work was performed in a timely manner. A big thank you to Mike in the shop for keeping me updated and making sure everything was done perfectly.

The staff at Bernardi Toyota is the best. The salesman, Paulo, the Manager Chris and the Financial man, Bruno were so nice, relaxed and easy to speak to. They are honest, friendly, and easy to work with. It was a pleasure seeing them each time we went to the dealership.

They are amazing and professional to help you find the car right car you need. Selvia was an amazing salesmen, also her managers were perfect. They helped me to get the right deal for the car that i want. I will never be disappointed. Just an amazing team!!

Fast, easy and well-done service. Had a local shop do an alignment and they screwed it up. Bernardi charged me $45 less and got my truck perfect. Also asked them to take a look at a few other things, which we discussed afterwords. Cant say enough good things about these guys!

I called for walk-in oil change and was able to secure immediate service. The representative who booked the appointment was professional and kind, even a bit excited that she found a spot for me. The representative setting up my work order was pleasant and professional, clearly understanding my needs and offering other services without pressure. I know I can trust the technicians there and they clearly work to a high standard.

Came in for some service on my car (oil change/tire rotation) and had an appointment at 10:45am. I drove up and easily dropped off my vehicle and went into the waiting room. I was told 90 minutes and it took almost exactly 90 minutes! Overall really great and timely service. I was helped by a young man who was in training and he was very kind. Kudos to the gentleman training him, as well! Often in a service environment I see trainers becoming frustrated and angry with the people they’re training, but that was the opposite of my experience here. The gentleman training was so patient and thorough with the younger man. He apologized that it was taking longer than normal, but honestly it took maybe 2 extra minutes for him to explain something and I was so impressed with his kindness and understanding towards his trainee. It was a great visit!
