Savers

Stopped in here for the first time recently (December 2023) & can't say enough good things! Very big selection of all kinds of clothing; including men's, ladies, & children's. They also have shoes & housewares, seasonal/decorative items, & so much more! Staff was friendly, helpful & welcoming. Prices were very fair. Most items in good to excellent condition. They were easy to identify & find on all of the racks. Merchandise was also categorized for easier shopping. For example, women's clothing such as dress pants/leggings, sweaters, etc. So it was not at all difficult or time consuming to locate what you're interested in. Chances are you'll find what you're looking for. They even had a section of holiday themed clothing upon entrance & other items throughout the store, such as Christmas cards. They also have self checkout stations that accept cash & card payments. You can bring your own reusable bags, or they have some available for purchase at a low cost. We got a nice, reusable Savers bag for just $1.99! Many designer & store/name brands here too. In just one trip, I found clothing by Old Navy, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Hanes, Justice, American Eagle, Express, Children's Place, Anne Taylor Loft, Calvin Klein & plenty others. Well worth a look if you enjoy thrift shopping! I was definitely impressed & will return.

3 weeks ago to be exact we were overwhelmed with the outstanding customer service we received from "4" of Savers employees! LuLu - Corey - Zeus and Breau! My husband and I took both cars loaded with books and clothing to donate. I even had bags piled on the front seat with my pocketbook under them. We had 2 gentlemen unloading our cars one especially friendly - helpful and even thanking us for giving! I found out that was Breau. Well to my horror when I got home realized that my pocketbook was gone!! I frantically called the store and with in minutes received "3" calls from Lulu - Corey and Zeus! They were so concerned, really caring, very professional asking all the right questions. They consoled me saying that they would start looking immediately. We got back in the car heading to Savers and not half way there I received a call from Zeus saying they had found it! What a relief!!! We were greeted very warmly, all with big smiles! l can not say how grateful - thankful we are for them! They turned what could have been a nightmare into a little bump in the road for the day!! Thank You!! Thank You! Thank You!

See the thing about me is the at I love to shop good quality clothes for less. Of course you’re going to have to do a ton of digging and it may take you more than an hour but it’s worth it!

The largest Savers I have visited, to date. Absolutely amazed by their organization and selection in all categories.

I've been shopping here for years and years and it never gets old, I love hunting for treasures from clothing to house decor and furniture. Deals you'll never find in the store. I've told so many friends/family members who've taken my advice and come with me and realize why I love it.

Lately they've been marking things up that aren't even worth it, but I can't complain because you can still find the deals if you look good enough.

Staff is either really nice or really cold and unprofessional and not just staff, management too that I've personally had awful experiences with, it's hit or miss (like the deals). It's the only downside to the shopping experience in my opinion, but it won't stop me from going.

Went to Savers on Lincoln St Worcester, Ma with a friend Tuesday. Tuesday is Seniors day. If you're signed up as a Senior 55 and up, you'll receive a 30% off total price on Tuesdays you must ask an associate for your discount.The other days of the week ask a Savers associate for the color of the day. If any of your items have the day color price tag, that item rings up at 50% off. Have fun shopping at Savers

I like this store. It is organized and you can find table games, books, pictures, vintage decorations...furniture! Clothes and more...you need take time if you go because you have to be sure that items are in good conditions. Sometimes you find new and nice clothes with the tag! Good prices!

Any time I’ve been here any staff I talk to are amazingly nice and kind. I’m sure during the pandemic things have gotten a lot harder on them but they still are showing helpful smiling faces. I’m really appreciative for that, I don’t go out much and have a bit of anxiety about it but they make it so much easier for me. Not to mention the prices are also amazing, but the workers’ positive attitudes keep me coming back too :) Thank you!!

This savers is clean and social distancing is great. Staff is very helpful to those who have disability. I am HOH (hard of Hearing) and they were very helpful by pulling there mask down behind cashier shield to talk to me. Will visit again. I like this place it now self checkout and it still social distancing

I try to come to this savers at least once a week, my first favorite is the worcester one and my second favorite is the marlboro one. I typically donate all my purchases back to them the week after I purchase them and sometimes go over the limit. hope to get a job here some day so i can move back to the northboro place, i love savers!

Xavier was my cashier , he was great and very pleasant to my disabled mother, he should really consider going into Healthcare , he would be a great physical therapist or OT , very pleasant human 😀 the store itself is in the city so expect the items to be more used than usual , however they do have a huge store and there will deff be something that will catch your eye. I donate there frequently and it always cracks me up to see my stuff on display. savers is always fun to poke around in

Haven't been out shopping in a while. Store was well organized and lots to choose from. Can't wait for you to have your sale days again.

Sharing your gently used household items has never been easier!!
Just before the quarantine happened, I had loaded up my car with books and other stuff that I wanted to donate. Then covid-19 showed up and put a halt to my plans.
Well all the stuff has been in the back of my car for months.
I drove by Savers this afternoon on my way back from Target and saw that they were accepting donations. I pulled in, got in the drip off line and (YAAAAY) the friendly associate eagerly helped me unload my car!
They handed me a coupon and donation receipt and sent me on my way!
Perfect!!!

This place is really nice if you want to find me slightly used clothes and a good price your best bet is to donate clothes and get 30% off or spend $100 and get 20% off sometimes if your elderly you wait till Tuesdays and you get 20% off the return policy is not so hot but you get what you pay for and it's a really good deal so I'll be happy with what you got
