This place is a real class act - the real deal. Even under the pressure of Valentine's Day burning around, they helped me with an issue that arose. They answered the phone courteously, patiently assisted me through my need and came up with a solution. Not only did they help me, a manager followed up quickly and ba ba ba bay - made something really special happen.

Just got a last minute bouquet here and Jane helped me right away and gave me an awesome deal. I needed them as finishing touch for a gift for my GF and They look awesome! Definitely recommend this place!

The flowers are great and their online service was as well. Just be advised that a $120 "bouquet" comes in a cup roughly the size of a mason jar. I can buy my girlfriend an arrangement you literally cannot see around for the same price - and a bouquet roughly 4x larger for half the price. Extraordinarily underwhelming.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced probably in my life. I came to buy flowers for my teacher and the lady at the front desk literally ignored me and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Absolutely insane.. never had this happen to me

One of the assistant managers at the store treated me in very rude, aggressive and offending manner for no reasons. I am a regular customer, and the store owner agreed that this person’s behavior was not acceptable and she should offer an apology to me. Unfortunately I have yet to receive an apology from this person, and as a result feel unsafe to visit the store again as I’m afraid of another offensive encounter. It is unfortunate that one sales person’s bad customer service could ruin customers’ shopping experiences and trust in the business’s integrity.
