The Zen floral arrangements made for my Mother's memorial service were more beautiful than the picture on the website. More than that, the kindness shown was very warm, altogether compassionate! I will continue to patronize this business. All the flowers are beautiful. A great florist shop to meet your every need! Lilianna, you're the best!

Such a cute experience. I went there with a group of young children to buy 2 bouquets for their mothers and the owner was adorable. He respected the children budget and gave them a branch of flowers to each of them. They were in heaven!

I called Divisadero flowers for a last minute bouquet delivery request last Saturday morning. I'm from out of town and did a quick Google search for Pacific Heights, and went with Divisadero.

I called and Liliana answered the phone. She was super helpful and said they could get the delivery done that day. I gave her a budget and told her to put together whatever she could for that amount, and just 3 hours later they delivered a BEAUTIFUL arrangement to my daughter! She was having a stressful day, and Divisadero delivered exactly what she needed to cheer up!!

Super helpful and friendly, combined with extra attention to ensure they caught my daughter at home at a specific time. OUTSTANDING!!

Amazing customer service. The product I ordered looked just like the picture, the flowers were fresh and aromatic. The florist was friendly and welcoming and had my order ready to go when I came in for pick up.

I bought flowers for my step-mother from Divasadero Floral shop to be delivered for Mother’s Day. This floral shop exceeded my expectations they were absolutely beautiful and not ridiculously over priced. I live in Utah so I was a little nervous about picking a floral shop online. I called Divisadero Florist directly on a Sunday morning to order flowers to be delivered to the nearby hospital that day. They were able to accommodate my request and delivered what the recipient said was the prettiest arrangement she had ever seen! They still looked beautiful nearly a week later. I recently used Divisadero Florist to have flowers delivered to a friend for a Birthday - I live in Canada and wanted to be sure the flowers were going to be what was promised - THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL! Divisadero Florist was so accommodating - I had to change the delivery date last minute and they were super helpful. I wish they were in Canada so I could order flowers from them all the time! I first used Divisadero Florist on my cousin's recommendation almost 20 years ago. When we lived in SF, I used them exclusively for business gifts. After moving back to Boston 10 years ago, I didn't have as much opportunity to work with them - but recently had a need and they had the same, outstanding operation and customer service - nice to know that *some* things don't change :)
