My kids broke the inside pane of their bedroom window, I called Glass Doctor and the next day they had a technician at my house to take measurements and give me an estimate. The price was reasonable and the tech was professional and efficient. It took a few weeks to get the glass ordered in but I was notified every step of the way and within a few days of getting my glass in their warehouse it was delivered and installed. A different technician installed, but he was also extremely kind, professional, and efficient. The window looks amazing and the quality of workmanship is top notch 👌. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and they will be my go to call if my teenagers ever bust a window out again.

Easy to communicate with and between them and my insurance. Called to initiate process of replacing car windshield after rock hit it on a Monday, someone came out to my house and fixed it all in an hour by that Friday of same week. Everyone was kind and thoughtful and I would highly recommend them

The replacement glass to my front door was difficult because it was an odd measurement, which the replacement was cut perfectly. The original glass was difficult to remove because not only was the glass glued in place but so was the trim .
The service rep worked very hard and completed the replacement as if glass and trim were the originals. He also cleaned the area as when he found it. Thank you. Great job.

I’m maybe a year late in reviewing, however these guys went above and beyond! They drove past my place as I was fending off a bear breaking into my garage (I was not a customer). They stopped, got out, fended off the bear for me, offered to fix the window the bear broke, and when my rental company refused to care or come out to fix it, they fixed it for me free of charge. They were my saviors. They did not have to stop or care, but they did. There are still good people out there, and these guys are them! Thanks y’all!

They came to my daughter's work and installed her new windshield so she didn't have to take time off work to go have it done. They were very kind and right on time. I got estimates from 6 places, and they were the lowest price I found. Would definitely use them again.

As a Realtor, as well as for my personal home, I have called on them many times over many years to help clients with broken windows of all ages, shapes and sizes. From scheduling a time to assess what is needed, to ordering the correct piece of glass and then to installation, the communication and follow-up is great every single time.

Great service, they had my old windshield out and the new one put in really fast I suggest everyone in wnc to call them over Safelite. I would give glass doctor a 10 star rating if I could.

Awesome service! The windshield specialist (we can't remember his name) was very efficient! He changed the entire windshield in about 30 minutes total from the time we pulled in to the time we left.

Ordered a tempered glass pane for our fireplace door. Everything went well. We ordered and picked up at the warehouse. Fits great.

We needed to replace a double pane sliding window. They came out quickly, ordered the materials and replaced the window without a hitch, and seems to be a fair price. Very happy.

Josh greeted me on time and with friendly professionalism. He got right to work, knew his business and replaced my back window on my Honda van in short order. It was clear that he enjoyed doing his work and, aside from needing a few tools to make things go faster for his customers, had good control of his business. If the need ever arises again for glass repair, Glass Doctor is my choice!

These people are fantastic. From the first call to the final install everyone was polite, efficient and effective. DJ was wonderful to work with. Not only was the work done well but the cleanup was also excellent. It was like they were never here and the new windows are so clear it looks as if they are invisible. Much less expensive than replacement windows and a 10-year warranty.
