Decent selection, nice staff and clean store. Prices are typical of the shoe industry. No real deals but no price gouging either.

I ordered some shoes online and i ordered the wrong size. My fault. I took them back to the store off Airport Rd. The girl was nice and very knowledgeable. It was a breeze for her to do the exchange.
They have buy one pair get the 2nd for half price. Great deals and huge selection in store and online. The website is easy to navigate.
I've been a customer if Rack Room for many years and will be for years to come.

I was able to buy a pair of winter boots at a reasonable price. They were having their BOGO 50% off sale. So, walked out with two wonderful and comfortable boots for a fraction of the cost that I would have paid at a department store or online. I wear my boots to work and get many compliments.

I recently accepted a new position and needed to add to my wardrobe options. I just happen to walk in during a bogo event! They have a great selection to choose from from men and women! I updated my boots and accidentally switched two almost identical pairs. I noticed when I got home and brought them back. The clerk knew exactly what happened and swapped them. I very satisfied and will be back!

I returned a pair of shoes I bought online and couldn't go in because of my high risk status. Brittany met me at the entrance and did my transaction and brought me a receipt, all while she was wearing a mask and gloves. I respect her for wearing them to protect herself and me and thank the company for providing the PPE and keeping a clean environment!

Wide selection, its a small store but had a lot of options. Buy one get one half off was amazing. The lady that rung me up was super nice and helpful. I dont want to shop in a huge shoe place anyway.

They lady that works there was so nice and helpful we ordered shoes online and they didn't fit right and she helped us find the perfect pair and size for my daughter..

Found what I needed and the clerk was helpful climbing up the ladder to grab boxes on the top shelves.

Was surprised going in this store. I guess I just assumed it was only dress shoes but no they have a big variety of all kinds!

Lovely store. Small but had the Dr. Martens I was looking for. I wish they could have more styles but what they did have was a good selection.
