I think his name was Shawn, but he was working at the front and was so nice and helpful with helping us find what we needed. He had a great attitude and such a friendly personality. Made such a difference while shopping!

Michaels is a one stop hobby shop. They have everything from snacks to holiday decor. Even with it still being September, they already had Halloween items 40 and 50 percent off. The store was stocked with fall/Thanksgiving items. There was Christmas trees, ornaments and many winter holiday products out too.

I love the selection of yarn Michael's has. I wish they had a bigger selection of paint by numbers.

Has a awesome selection of pouring paints and good deals on canvas's. Definitely my favorite store!

Very pleased with my visit today. I received help twice from associate Kadance who helped me find great sale items that met my requests. The line wasn’t bad & there was a great selection of seasonal decor items. I had no problem getting additional discount using the app.

I love this store! They have the Lemax seasonal items and displays. They have almost everything you need for arts and crafts and the help is wonderful and takes you to a item you are looking for. Great store!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish! We were greeted cheerfully and immediately shown to the first thing we needed. After looking around a bit, we found out they didn't sell cardboard tubes, but the nice gentleman in the framing section just gave my son one he had on hand for free, which was very kind. Finally, checkout was smooth and the cashier was super polite! Overall a great experience!

I've always loved Michael's, and using their framing services has made me love them even more. My husband and I are so pleased with our framed pictures they helped us with. We particularly like Billy. He's friendly, efficient, and great at what he does. We will always use them for our framing needs.

The store is large - you can get lost in it - and well-stocked with decorations, both general and seasonal, and all the materials and tools hobbysts and crafters might need.

Friendly staff who helped me pick out my art supplies. Smart usage of the microphone to ask for an opinion on which tape would work best for me. I’ll definitely be back.

I have had 2 very nice experiences with Emily, in the custom framing department..both times she has been helpful, nice, and knowledgeable.. she has not made me feel pressured nor rushed, and has made my framing experience pleasant, even though though I am appalled at what I am spending for this project...

My wife is a huge fan of the store. We especially try to catch items on sale. They have a very large selection of items from crafts, pictures and framing to numerous other decorating items. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is always clean and neat. It is brightly lit to see all the items easily. It is as well located near the mall.

This is my favorite of the two local locations. The store is always stocked and has more of a selection than the other Michaels in town. This one is farther away but worth the extra drive!
