The LEGO® Store San Francisco

The Lego Store located in the SF Westfield mall is very small and surprisingly busy. Most customers were browsing and admiring the Lego models. I never realized how Legos were priced. Expensive but unique.

Had a blast checking this store out! All the workers were very kind. You could watch one working on a huge piece. Very neat to see all the choices and themes!

A great LEGO store experience!

Popped into LEGO San Fran with my little ones today and it was a great experience. All the new / current harder to get sets, advanced and limited edition items as well.

The shop is located in the San Francisco Westfield, lower floor.

The staff were attentive and helpful. There was plenty of little displays and hands on items to keep them entertained for hours!!!

Definitely worth popping in if your in the area.

I always have a great experience shopping here sometimes I'm just looking. Other times I'm buying. Usually I collect/build the Star Wars sets. Legos are expensive but there's sometime calming for me when building them.
The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They do have special events so always check their calendar. I get several sets in May the 4th and Force Friday because the San already are really great and sometimes you get a special gift with purchase. I use my Lego mini figures and keychains for my Christmas tree decoration so I always pick them up on sale.

The staff was super helpful, was talking about a few things and they offered me multiple different solutions to help me.

This review is for back December 30th 2018. My kids and I took a road trip to San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Cruz area and it was beautiful. We stopped by the LEGO store to check out the displays. I'm not guilty, who say that we were treated with respect and felt welcome. We saw the men at this place here and the many pieces of Legos that they have put together to create masterpieces. My son and daughter were thrilled and had a great time. We definitely come back. One thing I do have to mention though, is that this was pre-pandemic area. So everything was open without a problem. I'm not sure what the rule in San Francisco are now. Other than the obvious to mask up and to make sure you keep yourself safe and everyone else around you.

Today I was packing down an old lady of mine (Queen Anne’s Revenge) and while disassembling it one of the tiles broke in half.
What do you do then? I ran down four blocks to my local LEGO store where I was greeted by 3 young people while two other staff members were busy helping customers. I said hi back and went straight to the pick-a-brick wall. About 15 seconds later a young man came over and asked if I needed any help. I did, but didn’t think he could help me as I had already checked the entire wall within those seconds. I showed him my broken brick that I had in my pocket. Within one second he already knew the years this brick was produced in and how easily that specific colored brick would break. He then went to the back to look for it there, no luck, two minutes after he came out empty handed. ‘Darn’ I though to myself. But instead of giving me the bad news he immediately started searching all the built sets they had in the store. About another two minutes later he had found an identical brick from one of their displays behind the glass, he broke it off and brought it to me, apologized for taking so long (while I’m laughing inside just focused on how he just saved my day), and asking if there was anything else he could help with. Unfortunately I wasn’t looking for anything else today, but I’ll be damn sure to go down there in person instead of online shopping my next LEGO set. Very rarely have I had this good an experience in any retail store, and visiting your LEGO store today just made me a little prouder to be Danish.

Looking around for the Cinderella castle for my daughter at multiple Lego stores, I finally decided to call this one. They had one more in stock and they said they would hold it for me. Hesitant to go out to SF with my 5 year old I decided to go anyway. Upon our arrival we were greeted and an associate asked us what brought us in. I mouthed the words "I have something on hold", and one of the associates distracted my daughter as I was helped by another one. She went to the back and hid the box behind her and walked to the check out where I met her there. Then they quickly rung me up and double bagged the castle so my daughter wouldn't see it. I was so happy the way they handled everything, truly made my daughter Christmas morning when she opened it and saw it. Thank you for being part of my adventure of getting this for her. Also for understanding that parents have to sometimes do what they have to do get that one item extra special item on their child Christmas list and that sometimes you don't have anyone to watch your little one last minute so you have to bring them along and in fear they might catch along its actually for them and not for their cousin as she was told on our way there. Thank you guys. Big shout to you .

Super impressed by all the new sets you folks have. Just picked up a few for my granddaughters. Really good for eye hand coordination and they are proud when they finish them. Thank you!

Bringing my 5 year old here to pick out something for her bday was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made as a parent, consumer, and toy lover. The staff made her a goody bag, created a choose your own figurine to take home scenario, and we’re just genuinely awesome.

This brand has legendary street cred on Reddit because they take care of their customers and donate large amounts of their products to children’s hospitals/ make a wish foundation/ the needy. Super grateful I brought down my kiddo to shop on her day and that the staff turns it on the way they do make little ones feel special.

Some of the best service you can get. Employees are engaged, the store is clean and my questions were answered. I felt valued and not pressured, learned a few new things and left happy with my purchases.

Lego store staff is lego friendly and great place to find good designs.

I have visited many Lego stores through the world. This one was well stocked with many large sets displayed fully built.

Great service by Ellen! She introduced me to the VIP program which is great and loved the whole experience!

Very helpful and pick a brick wall was actually pretty well stocked! Also got the sunflowers, which are a pretty fun build.

The experience of visiting this store is simply magical. The team’s enthusiasm (especially Michael P!) turned what I thought was going to be a mundane shopping errand into a memory that left us smiling all the way home.
