Noe Valley/Sally Brunn Branch Library

Quiet little library perfect for studying or working. Lots of outlets, great WiFi, friendly staff. I only wish they opened earlier in the day!

Local library with friendly staff. It has a great children's area and a beautiful garden maintained by volunteers.

A small library location, but definitely a good one. The inside has a grand yet welcoming feel and the selection of books, well by no means massive, is quite impressive and varied for the buildings size. The staff was also quite helpful and were able to get me my library card within just a few minutes.

The library itself is awesome and full of resources. The hours are pretty great but I would love if they were open until 9 pm every night. I've asked for help from most of the librarians and they are awesome. I really appreciate how willing they are to help you find resources or understand a process. The library itself is clean and fairy quiet since they have a large closed off section for children. The kids in the "adult" section are normally very well behaved and seem pretty excited to be checking out books with their parents. The parking is not very good. I normally have to park 2-3 blocks away which isn't horrible but the library is on a residential street with limited normal size spaces. This is one of my favorite places in the city.

Love this library. So well organized has so many amenities e.g.computers , and all the magazines and newspapers you want to catch up on. Great place for kids too

Possibly the cruellest thing I could say is: What a cute little library" but the truth is, this is a really cute little branch library with staff who go out of their way to help you.

Great branch library for working in. The library is an open layout on the second floor with desks and chargers.

First floor has bathrooms and a maze of hallways. Besides that, nice selection of sci-fi books.

The story time for Toddlers in this library is such a gem! Unfortunately I moved and had to visit other story times and nothing can compare to the lovely atmosphere at this story time. The librarian who does the story time is very patient, knows how to catch the kids attention, plus she has a lovely voice so all the songs are even more fun.

Lovely library in an classy building. The zen garden is a secret though, don’t tell anyone.

An absolutely stunning public library! I love how nicely situated it is right within the neighborhood as well! A hidden gem in Noe for sure!

Noe Valley is amazing. The library is legendary and the life around this place. Richer than anyplace I know.

Clean, comfortable, never crowded and friendly staff. Be sure to check out the peaceful outdoor space in the back as well.
