I visited twice and found the two salespeople here were very helpful and took their time to help us find something that met our needs but were not pushy into getting us to buy something.

We have a fairly small living room that's limited by a very small interior door (29" wide). This has made finding anything a complete pain. We already returned a Crate & Barrel couch that upon delivery couldn't fit through this smaller interior door. We were very picky because of this but they assured us if they didn't have it in stock they could get a custom order.

Lucky for us, they had a very similar couch on the show floor to the CB Barrett II we originally wanted that had even more in-seat storage and that could also pull out sleeper with better overall dimensions for our living room.

Best of all, they arranged for same day delivery at the same cost the big brand gave us for a 2+ week wait. We haven't had a couch for over a month so this was a great overall shopping experience! Definitely worth checking out!

Semi is amazing!!! If you are looking for high-end good quality and no lies, this is the place to go for furniture. I highly recommend this furniture store. I stayed here for over an hour plus making my decision and getting full descriptions and even was able to see the inside of how certain pieces of furniture were made from the displays and samples they have on the floor. I had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture Colma, CA. This is a high-end luxury furniture store, and they have been in business in San Francisco for over 20 years, so that speaks volumes to their service and their products. I wanted something that was reliable, something that had a good name, and I found it for $2999 plus $160 delivery fee. And it's American made,
. . all wood 🪵 , firm, custom-made sectional Chaise. I can't wait for it to be delivered this week. I know I'm going to be a very happy camper. The display one was amazing, and I fell in love with it instantly. If you are looking for good quality and an honest furniture company this is the place!!! You get what you pay for, and I did not have a problem with coming out of the pocket and paying an extra $600 or $700 because it is worth it!

My fiance and I were looking for a couch. We went to many different retail stores but all those couches were either too big for our place, or not the right style we wanted. We finally stumbled upon Furniture Innovation at the end of our day. Semi was extremely helpful. She walked us through all the different styles and colors and she was extremely patient with us. We probably spend at least 30 min asking her questions and she just kept on answering all of them. Very very knowledgeable in this business. The best part was that we were able to customize our couch!

We received our new couch over the weekend (it was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks but I think it was ready by the 3rd week) and we were very pleased. Highly recommend for anyone who needs new furniture.

Nice selection of modern style furniture at a reasonable price. The seller was cooperative and responsive in dealing with an exchange when one of the furniture pieces came slightly damaged. Overall a positive experience.

Great experience. We have been searching for a sectional for weeks for an apartment with an awkward layout. Most are backordered due to pandemic-related shipping delays, and shipping estimates are anywhere from 12-26 weeks! We stumbled upon this store after going to several other big-name store all over the Bay Area and we almost immediately found the perfect sectional. It is very comfortable, high quality, made in California, and we were able to buy the showroom model. It was delivered in less than 24 hours. Delivery service was from a separate company but they were quick and careful, and the sofa arrived wrapped in blankets & shrink wrapped to protect from damage. The price for the quality and materials was very fair. Lee took good care of us. We will be returning!

First of all outstanding service all around. Love the service from Mr. Lee and Ms. Eun Soon. No pressure buying as we had to come back 3 times before deciding what was best for us. Lots of choices and decisions. With both of their guidance they broke down what we were exactly looking for. But the fun doesn’t stop there. Why just buy a couch set. We got a great deal on the carpet to go with our couch set. Simi was very nice and helpful in finding the right material, size and color to match our couch. We are more than satisfied with the quality and service. The delivery people deserve some love too. They were very professional and careful about brining all the things up a flight of stairs. We been shopping all around for months for the right couch and what we liked was pretty much doubled what we saved on here. You can clearly see and feel the quality on the custom fabric.

Highly recommend if you need home furnitures then this is the one stop shop you will not be disappointed in.

I found this place on the internet. But after going into have to say this is the best store and I'm bow a customer for life! I had such an amazing experience buying a custom couch that I went back every time i needed a new piece of furniture. The owners have great customer service. They are more interested in making sure you find what you are looking for than making a quick sale. They are highly knowlegeable and honest. easy to work with. They encourage you to take time to think about your choices. I can't say enough good things about this store! They have an amazing floor selection and they also have lots of catalog custom ordses to. The prices are spectacular! Pay them a visit!

Not only did i feel comfortable trying out the different mattresses but felt no pressure to buy.
When i finally decided on a mattress, they had it delivered to my home in an hour!

Excellent place for quality furniture without the price tag of a brand name store; very helpful and friendly owners who know the items on display and don’t push you to make a purchase. Semi helped us pick a writing desk and chair and it was delivered within the week, and we absolutely love it! I’d rate the quality as being comparable to CB2/West Elm but at a more affordable price, faster turnaround on delivery and much better customer service.

I furnished my whole house from this store. Wonderful helpful owners & top quality furniture! Some of their furniture I purchased was very high end from Italy. All the furniture I bought from.this store (when they were in sf) have lasted so far for 11 years! It all still looks brand new. Shop there if you want high quality well made home furnishings. The husband faught in a war for America & now has leukemia. His wife still works there as the owner, so I say support their locally owned business.

Went in to look for a new mattress. Lee was hilarious. Lee and the woman working with him were informative and helpful. Pricing was reasonable compared to other stores near by. Will definitely return to get other furniture.
