Super Easy Peasy. We ordered on the App. They text when they're picking the order, then again when it's ready.
Picking up is just as quick. We were back home in less than the time it takes to park at costco. Oh yea, and their peanutbutter pretzels are better too.

This Safeway is wonderful and will become my primary choice when I need a big run. The selection is excellent, the store clean, and the parking easy and plentiful. Worth the drive from downtown for sure!

During the early morning when the market opens it's nice and quiet. All of the shelves are getting stocked and all the workers are preparing orders to be delivered for online customers. This is the best time to do your shopping quick line and lots of help. You'll be one of the lucky shoppers to find deals still in stock like this pizza .

Organic food is available in this supermarket. The parking lot sometimes is too crowded.

i love Safeway as my one-stop grocery store with almost everything you need!

Alicia in self checkout has been amazing to my partner and I. We have gotten to know her during the pandemic so well that she knows I will need help with a day-old bakery item and zeroing out the scale with my reusable bags. My partner's service dog gets excited when we approach the store because of how nice Alicia is to her. She always showed concern when my partner wasn't with me because he was sick and When he passed away after a heart attack, she was one of the first to give me comfort and a long hug. I don't she her as often now since I only buy for one, but she will always be an important part of our family. Grocery workers who work full-time with stable salaries invest many times more the value in the lives of customers. Safeway, most of all, provides those opportunities because of the influence of unions and management who work together for everyone's good.

Great Safeway store to get all my grocery needs always freshly stocked. Make sure to use your Safeway card and Safeway app before going to check out if you want discounts and always check your receipt that you got your discounts

Of all the Safeway stores I go to, this one is the best. Not as amazing as the Marina Safeway, but a million times better than both Mission stores, the Diamond Heights store and the charming Monterey store. Why? Because it is well-stocked and has a superior bakery and deli section. The service is higher quality, too. The Potrero and the Market Street stores have always been at the high end of my list but recently, the Daly City store wins hands down. Unless, of course, you are lucky enough to live in the Marina. I don't mean to leave out the Webster store, that one was a favorite of mine for years but I haven't shopped there for over a decade.

Great convenient store. Store is well organized and clean and all staffs are respectful. They have the greatest sushi. You wouldn't even think its from Safeway. Wide variety of bread and cheeses. If you're looking for something to cook or quick bites on the go.. Be here! Snacks are all great 👍

has really improved getting more checkers , usually have a quick in and out experiance , deli manager can use a little help with customer service .

I stopped by Safeway's in San Francisco and Daly City in search of Melba Toast for my Aunt.

As soon as I walked into the stores I asked the first employee I saw if they knew if their store carries it. The first one in SF said he remembers seeing it and directed me to where he thought I might find it. Could not locate it in SF.

Drove to the Westlake Daly City store and did the same. To my surprise the first employee I asked said he knows he had seen it in the store. We could not locate it in the cracker aisle so we went to the bakery department. A very nice lady walked with us to where she thought they would be. We went to two different aisles and could not find it.

I cannot say enough good things about the Safeway employees I encountered today and their willingness to help. They are Superstars as far as I'm concerned and have mastered the real meaning of customer service!!

People were nice. Cashier was patient with me when I an error. Store was clean and well laid out.

Has just the right things you would need in a small place. Would be a good place to go to if you're on-the-go, or if you just need a quick shop. Quick note, only has food. It doesnt have any clothes accessories or anything else that isn't food. For all you Japan lovers, it even has sushi, and quick service as well. Forgot to mention they also have prescriptions with high security for the customers. Would recommend it for a quick shop.

Parking lot 🚗 is huge, so even when busy, it can still accommodate your car. Store is clean, and stuff is helpful. They have 6 self-checkout machines, so that's a huge help if your running in to get only a few items.

They have a full-service Wells Fargo bank 💰 inside, and a full-service Starbucks ☕

Good service, good selection and ample parking.
I usually buy my standard groceries at this Safeway and never had an issue.
The store had pretty decent produce including both organic and non-organic selections. The store has plenty of check-out lines, and 4 self-checkouts. If you combine this Safeway with the Trader-Joes around the corner that is most of what you need.

Compared to ANY Safeway in San Francisco this place deserves more than 5 stars. Yes, they could use more cashiers but outside of that the store is in great shape.
The pastries are always fresh along with anything at their deli.
The store is organized and clean. Cashiers are friendly.
I feel fortunate to have this Safeway close to home.

This is a large store! The placement of stock is odd. It's hard to find things in refrigerator cabinets because they have random ones in odd places and some items aren't with others. They had lots of good stuff, but it's sure confusing because there doesn't seem to be a consistent set up. It's a neat store...but I was perplexed at the floor design. Someone got creative
