I pressed the service bell and within a minute a staff member came to assist me with the medicine in the window. Thank you very much.

Also, their beverage cabinet is not open, which saves electricity, but you can see what products are inside through the screen without opening it. Very smart!

And there are many vitamins that have discounts and coupons.

And it is open 24 hours, thank you for providing convenient service! Thank you to the lady who opened the cold /flu medicine window for us today!

Roberto at the pharmacy was the only nice employee I’ve ever spoke to here, if you come during the day you just get extremely rude service & long lines!

One night way back before Christmas i was really struggling to breathe because my asthma was acting up and I had ran out of my inhaler. I called the order in and made my way up there. By the time I got to Westlake, I was struggling to stay standing. My blood oxygen was very low and I was at risk of falling unconscious.

My brain was so oxygen starved that I couldn't think straight and forgot that I had locked my card and it kept declining. I was begging for them to please give me my medicine, but without payment, their hands were tied.

Just when I felt myself getting ready to fall unconscious, one of the the senior techs came to the counter, and paid $20 for my inhaler.

Last night, I went to go visit him and repay him for his kindness but he was off.

Tonight he called and I got the chance to thank him. He literally saved my life, and I hope I was able to convey my gratitude in our short conversation.

In closing, he served as a reminder that God has angels everywhere, and they may not always come when we call, but they're always right on time.

The after hours crew is great of theirs 3 in line another cashier opens up really quock!!

Come early lots of parking and lines aren't too bad.

Aside from the long lines. Both retail & pharmacy, the service here is great. The employees are polite & helpful. They’re very patient and will try to assist you. The cons are the weird parking set up, the sketchy people outside & sometimes make it inside. The pharmacy is professional just takes forever sometimes. 24 hour pharmacy comes in handy all the time. I recommend coming here over most Walgreens & cvs in the area.
