I want to express my gratitude to Kacey (I hope I spelled her name correctly) at Redwood City Member Services from the bottom of my heart. Even though my issue wasn't her direct responsibility, she went out of her way to help me with a billing problem. Kacey's professionalism, patience, and genuine care shone through as she guided me and even called the right department for me. Without her expertise, I would have struggled to fix the issue. Kacey is truly the kindest and most caring person I've ever met. Thank you, Kacey! You're an angel in the member service department, and I hope you see this to understand how much your support meant to me that day.

They are completely incapable of explaining what they do and why kaiser has put them in charge of my mother's "safety". I cannot trust a bunch of sappy women who cannot understand their own vocation such thay they issue themselves an inordinate amount of self-importance without the ability to issue any usable assistance with one's parent's failing health. This "Supportive Care Services" department is an abysmal failure!

Kaiser has the most unprofessional doctors and psychiatrist there could be. Very rude to me and hung up on me while talking to Dr.kook maybe misspelled name but just the same , he said I was taking up to much of his time by asking questions and getting no answers. Just excuses and self righteous answer from him before he hung up.
What Kind of Professional Help is that, and suggested to me to get other health insurance. I ask why I should? And said is it because you can’t provide proper care? That’s when he hung up on me.
Remember calls are recorded for better service, which is a lie! Thanks for the frustration Kaiser.

HORRIBLE SERVICE . IF IT WAS UP TO ME ID WAIT TILL THEY GET OFF "WORK" AND SEE THEM IN PERSON .
