Dr. Lynn Tran has been my physician for many years. During this time, Dr. Tran has been extremely helpful, supportive and caring. I particularly appreciate our communication which is consistently an exchange of thoughts and ideas. In my opinion, Kaiser is very fortunate to have Dr. Tran on staff.

Although the appointment needed to be rescheduled a couple of times, I found the staff who called to make the arrangements responsive and helpful. My appointment went very well. Monica efficiently and pleasantly did the preliminary tests and I saw Dr. Chen soon thereafter. I can't tell you how relieved I was that he spent time with me to answer my questions. I appreciated that he did not dismiss any of my concerns but provided information and reassurance on each point. I am much less anxious now about my cataract surgery.

Very efficient service. My doctor is particularly friendly, understanding, professional, and willing to help. It is a very nice and warm reception and assessment for my hearing problems. Though it still is a couple of steps from perfection, I still rate the experience I've had excellent.

Everyone that I encountered at the Kaiser in Redwood City were genuinely friendly and very helpful. It is a very pleasant environment. The doctor was on time and very thorough in her examination of my eyes and suggested that I see a specialist. She started the appointment process and by mid afternoon I was called at home and scheduled for a follow-up. The efficiency and the professionalism of the entire Kaiser staff never ceases to amaze and impress me. I am grateful for my Kaiser coverage.

Quick and easy check-in online. Spacious waiting room which is appreciated especially now with Covid. Nice welcome of nurse. Dr. Macy gave a very secure and safe impression. He knew what had happened to me, explained everything thoroughly and examined my broken nose gently. I feel I was heard and my decision was respected.

Dr. Green had made the accurate diagnosis of my problem and made referrals and recommendation for my issue. I am in the process of seeing the concerned doctors and doing the physical therapy. I couldn't thank her enough for her attention and caring.

Always friendly and respectful. I always appreciate how personable Dr. Lowe is, he’s like talking to a close friend. Very interested in my health and is always abreast of my health records/history. He is very professional, courteous and kind. Always makes effective use of time without making me feel rushed!

I loved the service I received from the nurse and the doctor. He(Doctor) answered all my questions and made me feel heard. The nurse was wonderful she kept me calm and she was very informed about the procedure I had done and was very helpful.

Joshua was extremely knowledgeable about my condition and had many easy-to-understand exercises for me to do at home. Joshua was very good at teaching, very kind, caring, and patient. Joshua listened to me very intentionally and asked many questions about how I was feeling to ********** my areas of pain. I appreciated his calm demeanor as well.

Dr. Ahuja is a very competent eye doctor whose skill and knowledge are supported by an approachable professional who is a source of credibility and wisdom. She is a lovely person and has a great chair-side manner. Simply said Dr. Ahuja is the BEST!

Having Jarret as my PT has been an incredible experience. Jarret has been very thorough in explaining what I'm experiencing while I'm treated & diagnosing what to expect as I take into account the tools to recovery.

Dr. Nguyen is an absolutely amazing and terrific eye surgeon and eye doctor. I had cataracts removed on each eye at the same appointment. There was no pain and she patiently explained all aspects of the operation and the results therefrom. I couldn't be more pleased. Kindly thank her for me,

Her Assistant Dee Dee was very helpful and also does a very nice job.

Alexandra is an exceptional PT! She listened to my concerns and suggested exercise that really help me self manage my pain. Thanks to Alexandra I am now pain free in my back and I have the tools to manage my condition long-term with the exercises and posture tips that Alexandra gave me. Dr Hendrickson has been extremely helpful in treating my child's ADHD. She always takes her time during appointments and listens thoughtfully. I wish all doctors could follow her example.

Dr. Garg initiated the ultrasound scan for me. He was thorough, pleasant and looked beyond the scan of the artery. He contacted my physician and discussed the scan prior to my appointment. He was training a young doctor, and made sure that she experienced hands on training.

He gave me confidence that he is the best of the best.

Dr. Weinberg was able to see me 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time. She wasn't rushed and spent nearly an hour with me. She and her nurse were very friendly and provided helpful info. Also, she answered all my questions thoroughly. The day after I saw her, I sent her a message/question and she replied almost immediately.

Josh was very thorough in gathering data to provide a baseline from which we could establish short and long term goals. He went over several exercises for me to do and answered all of my many follow up questions. He explained how each exercised help reach my goals and was very compassionate.

Dr. Hwang is simply excellent --- He listens and answers. He explains complicated issues very well. He is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He is very knowledgeable professionally, and he has compassion and empathy. I felt I can trust his opinion and advice.

Staple removal was painless, and the doctor was thoughtful and friendly. She was an excellent communicator and asked follow-up questions on other aspects of my medical record to make sure I was doing OK. She far exceeded my expectations for such a simple procedure, and experiences like this make me glad that I am part of the Kaiser RWC family!
