The nurse here in Department A turned me away even though I got in a horrible bike accident telling me I needed an appointment. I also made two calls prior to arriving to confirm this location accepts walk-ins and they said yes both times.

She also gave false medical information and said I could get a tetanus shot “whenever, a year or many years after” getting major open wounds on my body. Multiple medical experts in and outside of Kaiser said I need to get it within 72 hours of the injury or I risk getting tetanus.

I am really astonished at this poor treatment of patients who are undergoing severe pain and are at risk of infection.
