I am thrilled with my choice to use Semtner Dental! From the welcoming tour on the first visit, to the advanced technology, to the kindness of the staff and dentists...I have been comfortable with every visit. Parking is never an issue, and handicap access is easy, as well.

Dr. Holt is awesome! He was kind and reassuring during my first visit. We discussed my overall dental health, and he gave me some things to consider. I was overjoyed to learn of an option to "save" my aging teeth. The past five years, I have been watching my implant wear down, my teeth chip, and dental hygiene issues become very problematic. Dr. Holt showed how he could help me, an exact time-frame, and price. I am almost at the end of this voluntary (no pressure) treatment, and it was totally worth it.

Dr. Holt also addressed my extremely uncomfortable, cumbersome night guard. I was drooling in my sleep for the first time in my life and I thought the only option would be replacing it. Within minutes, at a fraction of the replacement cost, he reshaped it in the office before my eyes. Wow! Instant results and no more drool!

I have been a patient for about a year now, and the service and kindness have not changed. I highly recommend Semtner Dental, and especially Dr. Holt.

I don’t know where to start, Dr. Semtner is absolutely outstanding! I had to get restorative work on my teeth after an accident. My teeth now our absolutely beautiful. They look brand new and natural. I never felt the needle either and that’s never happened before at any other dental office. Dr. Semtner is an absolute professional. Yesterday, August 30, 2023, I had my first ever root canal. I was very apprehensive and anxious about this procedure. Dr. Holt explained in detail the process thus calming my anxiety. Can’t believe I’m saying this was a great experience, but it was. Dr. Holt and Courtney took very good care of me. They both showed me great compassion.
Never felt any pain. Nothing is sore at all…it’s like I never had a root canal! I’m still amazed!
I would highly recommend Dr. Holt. He’s the best.

Very professional and courteous staff.Doctors communicated with me how they planned to proceed and other options that might be available.My previous dentist was living in the dark ages compared with Semtner and Semtner.It was obvious that they have the latest high tech equipment and are very knowledgeable.I was very impressed with care and the entire visit.

I was a new patient today. Danielle showed me a tour of the office. Impressive state of the art equipment. She was very thorough and professional. Dr. Rob Semtner did an excellent job repairing my tooth. Super dental office and nice staff!

Very thankful and appreciative for Semtner Dental today! I’m a brand new patient, and reached out Tuesday with an issue seeking a second opinion. I was instantly welcomed and seen today! WOW, so fast! Dr. Holt has an amazing personality, took the time to answer every question and explain everything he did. He was thorough and didn’t rush me in and out. I felt like an actual patient being cared for and not just a number. Excellent client education regarding my dental care. The facility is immaculate, organized, and very bright. The assistants and front desk staff were equally wonderful!

This was my 1st visit. They were all wonderful! Danielle, Amber, Amanda and Anna. Dr Mona S was great too. I was very impressed with all of them. A very professional office and very efficient.

Worked me in the day before the 4th of July as a new patient due to my regular dentist not being able to fix my crown Danielle was absolutely wonderful pleasant, and explained everything. The dentist and her both took their time to make sure I understood the processes and options as well as checking all my teeth and taking x-rays that included my airway. Had I not come here I would not have known I needed my tonsils out.

Just had my teeth cleaned by Amber-she did an awesome job! Spoke with Dr. Holt, always a pleasure. Everyone here is super nice and so helpful with any questions or concerns. Definitely give. Semtner Dental a 10!

Semtner Dental is a high quality dentist office with very professional staff. I feel very confident in them taking care of my teeth. Lindsay was very helpful today with getting a crown and Julie always does a great job with my cleanings.

The staff here make you feel welcome and valued. They are friendly and ensure you are completely comfortable with the care you receive. Lindsey took time to ask questions about my preferences and make me feel at ease. Sara worked me in for cleaning to save me a long return drive to the office. Dr. Rob Semtner was pleasant and funny, and thorough in his exam. I never felt like anyone was rushing to the next patient. I live over 50 miles away from their office but it is well worth the drive! I would highly recommend!

Needed a new dentist and was referred to Semtner Dental in Roanoke, VA. I am not a great fan of dentists (who is?!) but this was a really good experience. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I was assigned to Kayla who showed me around the office, answered my questions and was just amazing, overall. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Semtner Dental to anyone. 🙂

Have been to the dentist several times since my first visit and am totally satisfied with the care. Had the cavities /ultrasonic scaler during my cleaning today. What a great tool!

Semtner Dental is by far the best dental office I’ve ever used! My teeth use to always hurt after a cleaning and since coming here, the pain no longer exists. Julie listens to her patients and helps ensure you have a quality visit without pain. Dr Rob has been amazing to say the least! With helping with some phantom jaw pain with a laser, checking my teeth on my visits and giving honest feedback about what orthodontics could do for me. I am glad I found such a great dental office. The entire staff greats you with a smile and everyone is beyond helpful!

Completely blown away by this dental practice. I went here for the sole purpose of getting a teeth whitening kit and left feeling a lot better after Dr. Rob looked at my teeth and took my complaint serious whereas my current office has not. Dr. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very thankful for Lindsey who took good care of me and made sure I knew exactly what was happening next and answered all my questions!!

Today was my first day coming to this dentist office and they were exceptional! They took their time and made sure I understood everything! Morgan was amazing and very helpful, would 10/10 recommend!
