Went into bath and body works to take back my online order that I didn’t like with reciepts in hand . As soon as I walked into the store the 3 of the sales associates were laughing and talking no problem no one was in there before I was there . No one greeted me and I one of the young ladies who had glasses know I wanted to trade my items out for different ones and she then had an attitude and act like I was lying about my items not being brand new and they were and then had the nerve to return my money instead of letting me get different items like i asked and had to fix her mistake. Very disappointed In my service tonight. Treat others how u want to be treated not with an attitude and and ignoring my request when I polite and kind.

Came to buy a significant anniversary gift but my coupon was 2 days expired. I had no idea. The Manager worked her magic and I was able to use it. Little things like this remind me why I'm a very long term customer. They treat you right.

The manager Tom is freaking amazing! He is so friendly and does everything he can to make customers happy! Tom is always in a good mood, how do you do it? Always willing to have a conversation and he sincerely cares about his customers! He is the model for what great customer service should be! No I’m not related to nor is he a friend, well from shopping in the store I feel like we’re friends. The store is always immaculate and accommodating! BBW has some of the best scents on the market and this is the place to pick them up at! Corporate if you’re listening....Tom is the gold standard for how all of your employees should be! Tom keep being you...never change...because you are wonderful!!!!!!

Very friendly people they also was very helpful and made sure we knew the sales they have going on and shared their favorite fall scent also. Loved how it was not so packed we could actually look and not feel rushed.

Hated to see it not too busy, but it was nice! Room to shop, people working together not fighting to obtain your attention or fighting to ignore you. Helpful when I needed it! The 75% off annual sale going on and it all was there. Pleasant to check out, people very friendly and made it as sweer as fragrances. When I want to go to B&B I always go to Tanglewood. I know I am buying and not casually looking.

They have all the latest fragrances, and I was offered a variety of deals, but still not pressured when I only bought the one item I went in to buy. I'm definitely going back to this location!

Much better than the Valley View location. Very clean. Normally good customer service every visit. Valley View is dirty & mediocre customer service. Tanglewood location is usually less traffic, not as crowded which I like. I definitely recommend.

Haveing the app for bath & body works has saved me so much money and i now dont feel bad about pampering myself. They are very helpful and positive in the store and they also have deals for online shopping too

Had a good experience. But was extremely disappointed they don't have my scent Moon Light Path. I have such hard time finding ones that don't bother my allergies 🤧. Please bring back Moon Light Path...

This is a small as smaller store, but it's my favorite to go to. The associates are so friendly & helpful. The store's not usually very crowded except for semi-annual sales, black Friday, and their big candle sale in December.

In spite of this particular location residing in a dead mall, it was festive and sales clerk's were very friendly. Picked up aromatherapy body creams. Love them!

This store always gets me in trouble. The prices are great and the service is outstanding. Can't walk out without spending a hundred dollars every time

Love it better than valley view! Great staff but the hours online are wrong! It says opens at 9am and it’s 930 and the gates r still up

Jamil was so helpful, gave the kids reindeer hats, and had wonderful customer service. He is the reason my family and I will definitely be back.
