We took our 5 y/o boy and 3 y/o girl for haircuts this morning and had a wonderful experience! The haircuts look great and both stylists (Linda and Jessica) were welcoming, patient and sweet with the kids. We’ll be back!

My husband always goes here, and has had Christie, Rosalee and a few others cut his hair. Today, he took a gamble and went to a barber shop closer to our house. The “barber” royally messed up his hair. He was so upset. We made the choice to go to Sports Clips and ask them to fix it. WOW! They made him look so GOOD. We were both amazed. Christie fixed him all up and made him feel so much better. Moral of the story, just go to this Sports Clips. It is worth it.

By far favorite place to get my haircut. Love the staff, environment and the end product! 10/10 recommend Linda and Rosalee.

This is one of the best corporate owned hair salons in the entire WNC area. Staffed with experienced, inviting stylists who make your visit unique and enjoyable each and every time you set foot in their salon. Even if there is a significant wait for your appointment, you won't have to wait long before you're in a chair yourself being taken care of by one of their knowledgeable and excellent stylists. For the price, the overall experience, and the service, this is one of the best salons in the area if you're a guy in need of a trim or a full-blown cut. My three boys are usually never satisfied with their haircuts. After years of "at home buzz cuts" and then a few trips to Fantastic Sam's, I finally decided to take them to Sports Clips. Trisha did an awesome job cutting my youngest son's hair. All three of my boys came out satisfied with their haircuts and feeling a little more confident about themselves. It was quick (online check in - thank you) and affordable. We will continue to visit them because I think I may have finally found a place they'll enjoy going to. Thank you Sports Clips.

I'm a regular, and my rating is based on my overall experience over many years. I find I consistently leave Sports Clips Biltmore Park happy. I've had 1 star haircuts here before, but those have been very few and far between. Anytime I've been unsatisfied with a cut, they have bent over backwards to try and rectify the situation, which is noticed and appreciated!
I'm a fan of the MVP, it isn't earth shattering but it is a nice treat for yourself if you want.
The managers at this location are very good, they remember you and can carry a conversation, or just let you relax and get a haircut, whatever your mood that day is. I have had the unpleasant shock in the past if a 2.5 hour wait-list, but I know they've hammered out their staffing issues and I personally haven't had more than a 30 minute wait in several months. Overall I'm very happy to get my hair cut here!

Katie gave me a fantastic haircut today, exactly the way I like it. She is a very skilled professional and totally down to earth.. a real sweetheart..Getting my hair cut by her was a pleasure.I'll be back!

I've been in 4 times since they opened and had 4 different stylist. They were all great! Very professional, know what they're doing. It is definitely worth it to pay a couple bucks more to get a great haircut here instead of the other chains who always seem to find a way to mess it up. Getting to watch ESPN while they cut my hair was a cool bonus and the free neck trims between haircuts is a great option for anyone who wants to always look sharp. Great place, definitely a repeat customer!

Sport Clips is a great place for all Men and Boys to be treated like a true MVP! With the guy smart stylist, and laid back sports atmosphere, it is an experience you will never forget. We recommend everyone to check in online to cut back your wait time. There is now an app conviently available to download on your Android or iPhone that allows you to sign in ahead of time and will then give you an ESTIMATED arrival time of when to be there. Yes the online check ins come before our walk ins because it puts their name at the top of the list. So we advise everyone to check in online ! Sometimes the wait will be a little longer, due to finishing up a client sitting in our chair, or we happened to take somebody back right before you got there. That's when the walk ins benefit!! Everyone's time is valuable, and we want to give you the best haircut experience of your life. Come see us ! 😉👌

Rosalie at this location is an absolute saint! After taking my 21 month old son to Great Clips, where they butchered his hair, she worked wonders with what was left. She was sweet, kind, and so talented while working with him. I am a customer for life! Thank you, Sports Clips.

6✨ What a refreshing experience! I was running late and they were about to close and I called ahead to make sure I would be able to get there in time. They basically went above and beyond to give me a haircut arriving at closing. Getting a haircut after 6 p.m. on a Sunday is impossible and they helped me achieve that. This is one of those instances where you give a place a six-star review.

They were professional and very knowledgeable. Very nice people and the price was also good. I like using their app, knowing when to come in and not have to wait long.

Great place. Got a horrible haircut elsewhere and they saved the day. Everyone is super nice here and I have never had a bad haircut. Because they are so good and in a busy area, they do get busy so make sure to check in online.
