We Insure Lutz - Mike Hanke

I have had Mike Hanke as my insurance agent for a couple of years now and he's awesome. He always pick up or get back to me. He is very helpful. Wonderful attitude and customer service. Anytime I call I call him directly or ask to speak to him. Mike is the man all day everyday. Top agent! If I could give him more stars I would.

When my homeowners insurance almost doubled upon renewal, I reached out to Mike. His assistant Amanda was able to get me a great premium on new homeowners insurance and cut my insurance premium in half! They are very prompt and courteous!

He was referred to us by our financial advisor. He assessed our current insurance very quickly, told us what we needed to do and was able to assist us getting new insurance before our renewal date expired. He was fabulous!

Mike Hanke with awe Insure Florida is a great agent! Annually he reviews options for my homeowner's coverage, deductibles, ensures my wind mitigation is current and discount to offered by the insurance company are received like having an alarm system. Florida coverage is challenging because of the years of roof fraud and the last two hurricanes. We will have to work through this but over time it will improve (similar challenge in 2004-2005).

My husband and I were in a pickle in trying to find an affordable insurance quote as we had just switched over in May from Progressive to GEICO saving half of what we used to pay! We were super happy we had switched over to the GEICO family but unfortunately my husband was rear ended in the same month and is currently filing a BI claim against the other driver, and GEICO did not hesitate to take us out of their policy; even though it wasn’t my husbands fault. We were only going to be covered under insurance until August and when the time came to look for different quotes we were getting unbelievably high rates! Our rates were coming out to almost as much as you would pay for rent. My brother in law actually recommended this company and so I reached out and Kaitlyn helped us out tremendously! She was right on what we needed and was by far the best quote (after looking at 6+ insurance companies). The whole process was smooth and she was super helpful and kind and was willing to work with us, even on Saturday when they are normally closed because my insurance lapsed on a Sunday. I am definitely going to recommend my family members to switch over to a better rate and insurance.
