McDonald's

Let me just say that this is the best McDonalds in the area. The one on 54, the tea is NEVER sweet, and they use the wrong bread on the sandwiches. Here, food is always fresh and the sweet tea is sweet! It’s a-shame I have to drive way to this one to get tea.

One of the best McDonald's I have ever experienced. We go to Busch Gardens and on the way home to Jacksonville we purposely look for this location. Been here twice and every time it's fast, hot food, and great service!

It’s a McDonalds - which is to say it is consistent with all the rest. I wish they offered healthier menu choices but at least they are consistent, quick and easy.

At this location I find the drive thru a bit more stressful than some. But, not enough to steer me away (yet).

This is a great McDonald's compared to McDonald's in general, they gave my wife a free toy because we bought a happy meal for our son and asked about other ones they had, great service! Can be busy at times because of the locations placement however

Came in very late from a delayed flight and wanted something quick. Staff was quick and food was fresh at 1am.

Cheerful, friendly, fast, and accurate first thing in the morning! 1* Immediate, friendly acknowledgment at the drive-through. 2* Very welcoming and effervescent, and the happiness was palpable. 3* They met my needs, they got my order correct, the food quality was exactly as expected, and they treated me as a very valued customer just as I was first thing in the morning. 4* It was obvious to me that they thought I was worthy of the best customer service anywhere, and it seemed to be an extension of who they are, not a skill they were expected to learn, which translated to the kind of appreciation I think they would offer their most respected and highly valued customers. 5* I didn’t go inside so I don’t know about restroom quality and accessibility, but the place looked very clean from the outside, and since the service was so good I am going to offer the 5th star for the restroom based on the experience I had.

Was definitely happy with the service here. You can actually hear them over the speaker a plus. We ordered food and had to add ice cream at the pay window for our son to use it to take medicine. They were so helpful and the food was so good. We ate breakfast and we will be going back again.

Why can't all franchisees run their stores as well as this one!?! Kudos on spectacular consistency and quality time after time!

Stop by today and went through the drive-thru, easy in and out and my Sausage McMuffin and hash brown were perfect.

Fast food and they got the order correct. That's a big win any more.

This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever visited. Very friendly employees that bring your food to your table and check back periodically to see if you need anything...

I strictly stopped for diet coke. Which was good

The best McDonalds around, occasionally they mess up but I’d rather have hot food and good service then an extra burger.

I went in to get coffee and creamer and the manager was super nice about it. I got my food really fast and it was hot.
