Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff.

Tyler and Josh were the best and extremely helpful with me deciding on which new phone to get. Both were patient and answered my questions and also the manager addressed my concerns right away as well. I love this best buy and will return again in the future for my electronic needs!

I went in to buy a Samsung galaxy 5 watch. I didn't want the big one & I wanted the rose gold.

The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and advised that I get a "bumper" & screen protector. Great advise, best buy didn't have the screen protection or bumper in stock. So I bought the watch & ordered the screen protector & bumper from Amazon. I couldn't be happier.

Unlike other Best Buy locations this one has helpful and knowledgeable staff. I even got help to find an item that Best Buy no longer carries.
There is plenty of parking. So, this will be my go to place.

First visit. Plenty of stuff to browse.

A great store, but I'll be honest it's a little sad to see the physical media sections dwindling down to nothing. The movies and video games section was almost non-existent, get rid of the toys and get more movies!

Most of the folks that work there were very helpful. I bought 3 things there and had to return 2. No problem.

ANT was awesome he was thorough and made the line go faster by opening up a register, took care of customers expeditiously and applied my screen protector flawlessly. Thanks!

Went there to buy some Xmas presents as always they were very helpful at this location . I do not have the same experience at Citrus Park. The groves is a little further from me, but their service seems to be superior to the citrus park location.

Had to purchase a charging cable for my cell phone. Since I have in the past purchased the wrong cable. I asked for help. A young man immediately took my old cable and handed me the correct cable in no time flat. So good.

Seth did a very professional job explaining how everything would be handled..!! If the Geek Squad's as good as Seth is we're in good hands..!! Very pleased..!! (Added 6/13) Yes..!! The Geek Squad did an excellent job also..!! Notified me and promptly arrived on time..!! Spencer and Isaac were, Indeed, as professional as Seth was at the point of Sale..!! Delivered, Installed, hooked up and demonstrated in about twenty minutes..!! Bravo to The Team at Best Buy..!! Incidentally, the TV is absolutely perfect with the brightest and most clear picture we have ever owned..!!
