Publix Super Market at Shoppes at New Tampa

Best staff here!! Friendliest!! The Flower section is my favorite 😍 and their ballon’s are outstanding. Always has good & fresh products. Somehow it’s better than other Publix in town. Please checkout their flowers & balloons 🎈

Like their old tag line, Shopping IS a Pleasure at Publix, but is absolutely true at this branch store! Everything is well stocked, each department works to shine--and indeed they do! Employees are not just friendly, but will go the extra mile to ensure you not only get what you want, but do so willingly! No heavy sighs here; just dedicated employees!
Never had any problems here, just a positive experience all around!

I recently visited the new Publix store and was thoroughly impressed!
The store was clean and well-organized, with friendly staff eager to assist. The produce section was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of fresh and vibrant fruits and veggies.
I also appreciated the variety of meal options available in the prepared foods section.
Overall, I'm so glad to have this Publix store in my community and look forward to shopping there again soon.

Very well stocked store . Employees are super friendly and very helpful especially if you can’t find what you’re looking for, they go out of their way to make sure that you’re satisfied.

I just want to recognize one of the floral employees, Sharisse, forgive me if I spelled it wrong for being so helpful the day before Valentine’s Day. She was very pleasant and helped me by combining two bouquets into a vase. She did it with a smile even though it was very busy and it came out beautiful! Thanks again!

Got the Thanksgiving package. (Update 2/4/24: I made the order here while visiting this strip mall. The package was put together and picked up at the Causeway, Brandon store. Thanks to them.)Subbed the 'Marshmallow Delight'(Ambrosia with minis on top, acquired taste) for extra gravy(should have gotten the cole slaw). Everything was good. Thanks to the employees that make these happen in ALL grocery stores and supermarkets all across the land.

It has just about everything you expect at a grocery store, but the experience is unbeatable... All the staff are always pleasant and they all wear a smile. Make you feel welcome as you go in and leave with a smile

Public stands by their products never went there and had an issue having to return an item I'm looking for something that I need was always friendly and helpful and they stand by there Logan where shopping is a pleasure it truly is they are the only supermarket that I know that really is buy one get one free their produce is always fresh I love feel freshly baked breads me being a baker myself if you looking for Fried Chicken that is truly the place to go:-) I recommend them to all of my friends and family I'm Gloria Torres and I approve this message

The friendliest Publix I have ever visited. The staff made sure we found everything we needed. It was our first visit to this store and they made us feel welcome

I'm not a Publix fan at all, but I have to say that this one is pretty good. Clean, well stocked, and great customer service. I only go to pick up meds, but I do enjoy going here to pick up a few things. I pass 2 Publix stores going to this one. It's worth going the extra miles.

This is definitely my favorite Publix in the area. It's got a nice large parking lot, all of the staff I interacted with were incredibly nice, and the store was clean and organized.

Publix is the gold star of supermarkets. They are always clean. The staff is always friendly and it just feels good to shop there. Can’t beat the buy one get one free specials.

Went here for the first time looking for a birthday cake. Florida doesn’t have Shoprite so was looking for a place that sells fresh birthday cake not few days old cake. Went to the baking section found a strawberry shortcake they sell extra buttercream which was awesome cause I needed extra to create a bloody looking strawberry shortcake. My son saw a confetti slice of cake that he devoured. I saw cannolis and had to get them. Over all the bakery area is a must the cakes I bought was so delicious moist not overly sugary it was amazing husband raved about it. Will definitely be buying my birthday cakes from here. Also can’t forget the cashier and the lady who packed my groceries, didn’t get their names but they were so nice!! An update 04/15/2021 ordered a birthday cake came out great. (Mickey Mouse)

Publix did an amazing job on the birthday cake you see pictured. I asked for 11 names and birth dates to be on the cake and the decorator did such a wonderful job in getting everything on there. I am so touched by the beautiful job that she did.

The cashiers and employees are always friendly. The store is clean and they have fresh products.

I always love you g to public’s for the fresh fruit, quick made salads and wings. My go to lunch place when I’m here In Florida playing ball.

It's the best supermarket chain in Florida that offers the best quality foods and fresh veggies and there deil hot food and sub sandwiches is awesome 💯✅ Publix is simply the best.
