I Love GNC. They Offer Great Herbal Extracts That Improve Overall Health In The Body And Mind. One Of The Most Important Things Is To Enter Each Store With A Little Background Information On Products They Sell, As A Lot Of Consultants Will Point You Towards The Higher End Products That Cost A Pretty Penny, When In Reality, You May Have Only Needed Something That Worked Better And Cost Less. Also Keep A Sharp Eye On Shelf Label Prices Because One Guy Totaled My Price Which Was A few Dollars Higher Than The Actual Price But GNC Customer Service Handled That Minor Issue With Humility.

I am listing just a few different plant base foods that produce the omegas.

Seeds: Flax, Chia, Sunflower,Pumpkin seed.
Cabbages: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Bok Choy, Brussel Sprouts

Leafy greens: Romaine, Arugula, Spinach
Beans : Navy and Kidney beans.

That's just a few but plenty to see the plant base foods do produce Omegas.
