Sarah Ibrahim at the hair Salon always makes my daughter smile with vibrant beautiful colors. We are happy with our she colors and treats my daughter and will return specifically for Sarah.
I also want to give much praise to the customer service, specifically to a manger named Chris. There was an issue with scheduling and Chris was courteous, apologetic and took the appropriate steps to ensure for our return. It could have been a bad review that turned wonderful thanks to the acknowledgment, apologies and corrections.

I had a recent curbside pickup order and needed help with the JCP app and a very courteous customer service rep named( Alexander )went out of his way to assist me he directed me to someone in the store to look up my order and he waited to make sure my order was found and received. He definitely deserves to be acknowledged for providing exceptional customer service!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Usha she helped me with my order at WC JCPenny. Very pleasant. Thank you.

Penney's in Wesley chapel is a great store. Upscale and still holding their own in the old department store fashion.

Michelle helped me send off my fiances ring to be tightened and clean. She was so nice to me and the time it took was really fast. She made me feel completely comfortable and walked me through the whole process. Pleasant experience.

Although the chain is experiencing a challenging period, the price and quality of their sports jackets and select items make it worth a second look. One can always find a great deal either on sale or clearance. Outstanding customer service.

Back home, all of the JC Penny are goes. They are a large men section. Prices aren't bad

My Mom was able to find nice guest towels for a Christmas gift.

Stopped by to grab an outfit for a luncheon. They always have great prices and their customer service was great.

Really good deals on clothes 🧥🧦. They baited me with 35% off my 510$ purchase to get the JCP card. I fell for the bait, saved 160$, and paid it off right there 😄👌🏿. When I get my first statement I'll close the account. 😅

PS: They keep baiting me with more discounts, so I bought some sandals online! I'm weak! 😨

I was worrying to find my son a Suit and then Joseph came by and he was amazing, he professionally picked him an entire outfit really quickly and it was very good.
