I can’t say enough about UPSStore1819. I have been going there regularly for over 3 years and always have great service ! Everyone has always been friendly and helpful . It’s so refreshing to have such positive interactions with young people . Today Dylan went above and beyond helping me get a package ready to ship . Kudos to management you must have created a great work culture .

I had a very large oversized pillow I needed to return to Amazon. Riley went above and beyond to vacuum seal the pillow and package it into a smaller box to save me the cost of the larger one I was anticipating. The extra kindness and time he spent to help me really made my day. Thank you Riley!

I use this store mostly for prints… And I love it! Sharon makes my life so easy. I love her. She should be employee of the year lol. I email her everything I need printed, and she will have it ready in no time. (Brochures, flyers, regular copies). Need stapling? Additional requests? She’s got your back! I am a sales rep in the field and I appreciate when I receive speedy, excellent service and always with a smile. I also ship sometimes and I’ve received great service as well. Thank you!!

Riley is awesome here!! I had 3 huge boxes to ship and he helped me with all of them!! Everyone is super effective and knowledgeable here too. Long line? Not to worry!! You will be taken care of in record speed. The whole team of these guys work together incredibly well to serve their customers!!

I come to this location 3-4 times a week and Tyler always help me out! He’s always respectful and has a smile on his face!

The team is always efficient and kind. Between return and requesting prints. The turn around time is amazing!

Once again, my people (I can’t say my girls because Tyler helped today too) at this UPS store helped me with my copying needs with such kindness that it’s impossible to to articulate it. These people are some of the most amazing that I’ve ever met. They genuinely care about helping their customers and they go above and beyond normal customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone needing help with copying and faxing needs! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I have been using this location for many years. Their service has always been phenomenal. Tyler is always so tremendously helpful and friendly as is the rest of the staff.

Love this store. Convenient location near my kids school. The manager is always there in the morning and friendly staff. Always fun music playing!

I have been to this UPS Store many times and consider it “my store”!!
Everyone has always been courteous and helpful.
But today I met Jessica for the first time.
She is a real asset to her team and the store. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone and, in fact, I would go out of my way to use this location.

Jess was excellent! Professional, knowledgeable and so courteous. We needed a power of a attorney notarized. Which is an emotional time and she made it less painful. So grateful.

Let me tell you something about your store manager Jessica, she is truly amazing. She's so happy, energetic and just a very lovely person overall. She really made my experiences here and absolute joy.

This UPS store is always so helpful. I shipped some Christmas gifts to my niece today and Jess helped me. She was very nice and helpful and really made the whole experience easy. I never have an issue here and this store is a great representation of UPS. Thanks again!

I went into the land, O lakes, UPS store in need of enlarging, a tiny photograph of a boundary survey for a new home with property lines, and distances so small that it could not be easily read. Jessica was working in the print area and I told her I needed some magic done at which point she stated that she loved magic. By the time she was completed, I had all my documents enlarged to a point where they were easily read and then placed onto 8.5x11. Had it not been for Jessica and the rest of the staff, I wouldn't have been able to get a critical job completed and sent to county permitting. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Jessica and the rest of the staff. I've never walked away unsatisfied. Mike B.

This is by far the best UPS store near Tampa. Every time I’m in, everyone is so kind and helpful. Heather is my favorite, she I always smiling and very helpful when I come in with multiple packages. Highly recommend this store!

I went into this store and my mailing experience has been transformed. I had been procrastinating to mail something important and was so lucky to have walked into this specific UPS. The people who work at this store truly care about making it a stress-free experience. I genuinely feel cared for, like I've made a family in this UPS store, Josiah, Heather, Jon, Jen, and Jessica have made such an impact on my life. I no longer dread mailing stuff out, I actually look forward to going and checking in with my mail family :-)

I came in to have some papers notarized and Jessica was Wonderful and very helpful! Even though she had a store full of people, she was very happy and treated every one she took care of as if they were the only one in the store! She was patient and caring and took care of all of us very quickly.... I will definitely go back to this UPS store every time! 😁👍

Riley was super helpful and friendly and came out to the car to bring in my large box / also assisted in helping me tape it and put fragile stickers on it. He went above and beyond give this guy a raise!
