I stopped shopping in Florida Macy's locations (in person) over 3 years ago. I love Macy's, shop the N.J. & 34th St. NYC stores when I go home. I was so frustrated by the lack of staff in the Tampa Bay locations that I quit. Online only. I was near the Wesley Chapel store & walked in. There it was, that high-end department store smell I grew up with! This store was SPOTLESS. Eat-off-the-floor clean. Several team members happily folding & displaying new fall styles. I fell in love all over again! Thank you, Yolanda and Mirta, for breathing life back in to the Macy's experience.
Great selection, lots more sizes & the newest styles; tons more than online! AND the off-the-cuff kitschy things... Bravo, buyers. I purchased women's history books and a BINGO set, not available online because it was from Great Britain! Love that, right?

Need a shirt, pants and shoes for a dinner night out. Went to Macy's found everything I needed and employee Brooke was so nice and friendly. Helped me all the way and her pick for a shirt was better then mine. Diffently return again.

Clean store well stocked and friendly staff. Plenty of cosmetic and perfume places. I take my wife and daughter here to shop frequently

Came to purchase my daughter a HOCO dress. They have such a great selection. Ling and short dresses. Definitely check them out if you need one.

You’ve been to one Macys, you’ve been to all, I appreciate how the culture of the business Carrie’s over wherever you go. I never have any problems and always find the most helpful and cheerful people!

I love all the jewelry I have purchased here over the years. And you can find some great prices on name brand clothes

Was looking for things on sale,get things that was on sale at half price that was a good price also buy some perfumes for my wife on Xmas eve was on sale

Absolutely love this Macys! The staff is stellar especially the young lady who helped me in the Estee Lauder Dept. tonight. an believe she had on red glasses well she went above and beyond. There was a car show right outside so it was actually a lot of fun

I was there a couple days ago at the Macy's Estee Lauder counter and Alia and Adele helped me make the purchase. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient as I made my selections. To add further, I forgot my phone at their counter and they saved it for me until I got there. These are valuable staff & I'll be going to them for sure in the future as well.

Went on a Sunday evening and it was less crowded. Great place with good offers... All staff were very helpful

Great shopping with so many deals. Very clean and good customer service. There is so many prom dresses to get for great deals. The perfumes are great. Loved it!

Wonderful time watching the Christmas lights and walking to the stores for the gifts

We got there about 15 minutes before closing, they didn't rush us nor were they rude about us buying our items right at closing. We don't have a Macy's where we live and it was very nice to not have staff rushing us or being rude. Very refreshing, thank you.
