We hadn't been in this store for awhile, but I must say we forgot how the store was so clean, bright and merchandise well displayed. All the major brands were represented and staff was ready to assist. We found great bargains with huge discounts that was representative of this Christmas holiday season. Checkout was shielded, safe and helpful and the clerk made sure our purchases had the advertised discount even though we didn't have the coupon. We'll be back.

They changed this Belk to a Belk outlet and WOWWWWW. It's like Bealls outlet on steroids, with lots of designer items and tons of clothing, shoes, ND accessories. Even for plus size women! Tons!

I returned a terrible gift (with tags attached) without a receipt, and was able to exchange it with no issues. The store is large and well-stocked, although a few things I liked were not available in my average and common size. If I had chosen, however, they do offer the option of finding my size in another location and shipping it to me at no extra charge, which is a nice service. There were lots of great sales throughout the store, many name brands, and their store brands seem to be decent quality.

The employees I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. They were this way with other people too, so my wait in line was a bit longer than I expected, but not outrageously so, and I'll trade a few minutes in line for otherwise great service any day.

I will return.

Easily accessible from the main road 56. Plenty of free parking including for handicap accessible vehicles.
The store was clean and staffed with friendly employees. They were adhering to all COVID procedures.
They had a nice assortment of clothes, accessories etc.
The prices were moderate but they did have items on sale and markdown. It's worth a stop to browse.

Just started shopping here last year ! Quality products for amazing prices. Found a quilt on kohls website for $200 googles and found at Belk for $55 !! Great deal for the same exact product

I always walk out of there with a HUGE load and a smile on my face, that for real, lasts for days!! Very pleasant and helpful staff!

I went to exchange a nutcracker that I had bought on line at Belk’s that was broken. Phyllis’s (007862) was amazing. Very professional and did the exchange for the same price I bought it on line for. I will be back.

My wife and I drive from Temple Terrace to this Belk in Land O Lakes, FL. They have a great staff, especially Meehan, who we always ask for. She is always helpful and pleasant and has a great personality. The staff at this store always greet us warmly and we recommend this Belk store highly.

Love this store! Great selection of all types and styles. Bell carries some great name brands too. Sale prices are always worth checking out. Easy parking - this location is less stressful than shopping in Carrollwood or S.Tampa. Helpful staff. Highly recommended.

As a younger person I really don't shop at Belks. This location deserves 5 stars because of the lady in the women's department. She was so friendly.
