Cafe Mezzanotte

Old school service, awesome food. Lunch w a friend was impeccable! Shredded brussels appetizer made a great lunch and had leftovers. Risotto w beef tips was amazing!

This is a lovely little eatery! The food was delicious, authentic Italian cuisine. Our server, Katie, was great. So attentive and knowledgeable. I had the gnocchi which was the daily special and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be back!

We had a nice Friday afternoon lunch. Service was a little slow. The food was very good, with nice appetizers and mains. The lasagna wraps were very good and filling. Plenty to eat, we took home some. Nice wine menu, but the beer menu was not so good.

Two friends and I had a delicious dinner at Mezzanotte. This was not our first time here, but we especially enjoyed our food during our last visit. We decided to create our pasta bowls and the three bowls were superb and so generous in portions. We did not have much room left for more food, but decided to split the triple chocolate mousse cake served with strawberry ice cream. It was divine. Service was also excellent.

I took some out of town friends here from NY on a Saturday, who have high standards for Italian. We made a reservation in advance and were sat right away. The minute we walked in, my friends smelled a clam linguine and both said "yep". Stamp of approval. The restaurant itself is pretty big and seems like a good spot for both families and larger groups. Menu has a lot of classics and more contemporary items.

They give you a delicious bread with oil when you sit, yum. We ordered a grilled Caesar salad, chicken Piccata, their duck pasta, and the crab cacio e pepe. Everyone enjoyed their meal and service was attentive.

*edit to add we've recently revisited and everything was delish yet again. We had duck carbonara, calamari, eggplant Parmesan, and a mushroom puff pastry appetizer.

Have been there a few times. Good food. Lunch prices are not bad at all. Feels like a chef made the food instead of a cook. 😀

went here with 2 friends and my boyfriend for my 22nd birthday and i couldn't have been pleased more! the waitress we had was training i believe and she was great. the food came out hot and fresh. we were also able to get recommendations for our specific wine taste

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was attentive and the food was well-made and well-presented. I traveled over an hour to get here for a special birthday lunch but it was worth it. Now I want to come back for my birthday :D This is a great choice for power lunches and romantic dinners. Reservations are recommended. I tried the Duck Carbonara and the Scallop Truca Risotto--both were so rich and flavorful. Of the 2, the Scallop dish was the biggest star. Can't wait to try more.

Always pretty good food and helpful service. We sat at a bar table and we enjoyed our server...I think his name may have been Nick but i am not 100% sure. The eggplant parm was cooked well but hardly any sauce was on it. so I had to request more. The lasagna is one of the best I've had. Really I've never had a bad meal here. If I lived closer I would go all the time. Good solid Italian with nice service

We had such a great dinner. Their happy hour goes until 7pm and while it is only served in the bar there seems to be plenty of seating. The standard menu price is a bit on the higher end and they do not offer a military discount, but their happy hour prices are $5 off the lounge apps and $2.50 off the other apps. Maybe because it is Valentine’s Day tomorrow, but they had live accordion music and a professional photographer. It really seems like this restaurant goes all out for its customers. One other interesting note, this is a huge restaurant and I believe they even have a banquet hall. If you are ok with spending a bit more money for good food then you should definitely try this place out.

Café Mezzanotte did an incredible job hosting our wedding rehearsal dinner! The manager was communicative and professional throughout the planning process, the room was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to host an event! They also accommodated our gluten-free guest well.

Appetizers not pictured, so good, we gobbled up before taking photos- Antipasto Bruschetta, Lifeguard Calamari and the scrumptious fresh bread and olive oil.

We highly recommend Cafe Mezzanotte and look forward to dining with you again soon.

i absolutely love farm to table restaurants and this little gem delivered the exact freshness that i expected! everything was delicious. so rich and savory. the scallops were to die for and the succotash they laid over were decadent! definitely the best restaurant in severna park.

Lunch was outstanding. Made a quick reservation online and was seated quickly. Our waiter was attentive and knowledge about the menu. If you love Italian food, this is the spot to check out. The calamari was very tender, one fried the other sautéed and the charcuterie was paired well.

Walked into the lounge and sat myself down right at the end of the bar with a clear view of baseball and hockey.

Upon review of the menu, I had 3 dishes I was interested in. My bartender assisted in my decision. I had the Duck Carbonara.

While I know that not a lot of chefs are fans of substitutions, I requested regular pasta versus the beet pasta. Beets does something to me causing severe illness (and not allergy related). Plus, requested no mushrooms. My bartender took the request at ease and complied.

Regardless, this beautiful dish came out to me smelling amazing with lots of chunky bacon and duck. And that first bite was phenomenal. Fresh rosemary bread with a very nice oil blend to go with it.

A must try! I loved it. And walked away with leftovers. I love cold pasta for breakfast.

... and I came back for more. After a long day, I just wanted something really good. Went with the lasagna rolls and the lamb meatballs. Everything was still good and different.

Leftovers again! That is never an issue when treating myself.

Great food and service. Have always had delicious meals and enjoyed their great drink menu. If you can look past the cheesy framed photos on the walls it's a heck of a meal that won't disappoint!

First time there. Had a great meal. Cream of crab soup had chunks of crab, perfectly seasoned. The Brussel spouts were delicious, looking forward to ordering them again. Server was friendly and attentive.

We walked in on a busy Friday night and was offered the option to set ourselves in lounge area. Once we sat down, we received service right away. All of our food and drinks were delicious. Our waitress, Alexandra, was pretty awesome as well. We will definitely return.

I took my wife here for her birthday because I wanted to take her somewhere special since she deserves that. We've been to other places around the area and wanted to try something new. It's an excellent restaurant. The food and atmosphere are phenomenal. We really enjoyed it and will be visiting again.

Side note, I love that they get things locally sourced and the awesome waiter told me in the warmer months they grow their own vegetables so I'll have to visit there and try it!

We drove almost an hour, in awful weather, to attend a company event here. SO glad we did! Buffet dinners aren't usually great, but this one was top notch. Everything tasted so good and fresh, desserts were amazing, and the service was excellent. 5 stars.
