Great business, and very friendly owners. Everything a brewer needs, and we got a cheese making kit. Also found out we not just knew them, they are relatives! Very nice visit.

Katie and Patrick are awesome. I walked in with a loose collection of kegerator parts and hoses and they were more than willing to help put it all back together for me. They inspected and cleaned the parts and replaced gaskets that I didn’t even know needed replacing. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!

I was helping my friend brew an ale so we stopped by to get supplies. The way the folks talked to my friend initially I asked my friend just how close he was/friends with the folks. Turns out he'd never even met any of them before!

Their customer service is so wonderful and absurdly natural. I'd have never known the difference, they treated us like we'd been customers for years (well, my friend has been but they weren't the same folks he usually got helped by).

There's a really cute store cat there that is very, very, calm and sweet. We ended up on recommendation getting a fermenter also that works phenomenally!

This is my go to store for all of my brewing needs. They have a decent selection of everything needed for all things fermented (wine & kombutcha as well as beer). The kit prices are a touch steep but the in house selections have been better than those from third parties in my experience. The staff is what makes this place shine; super helpful and friendly!

Excellent selection of products, welcoming employees, and expert advice. A must visit for all of your homebrew needs. I use these guys exclusively. Give those pups a good scratch behind the ear while you're there.

I started making my own wine last year and Annapolis Home Brew has been my place to go. Steve and Katey have always been so patient and knowledgeable when it comes to answering my questions. They give excellent suggestions based on my interest and they exemplify incredible customer service.

Thank you for helping make this a fun experience for me and not stressful. Keep doing what you do and I will be a customer for the foreseeable future!

Today, I made time to visit their store in person. I am so glad that I did. Being a total newbie, I walked in with sheer amazement of their well organized brew supplies. But, more importantly, their knowledge of their products and customer service are second to none. I look forward to my next visit! Mr. ED.

Awesome place to upgrade your kegerator. Which was the reason I went here. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also sell home brew kits for wine and beer. Amazing place I believe they also have classes on making beer and wine at home. They have some beers and wines they have made on tap and you get the enjoyment of tasting them if you visit the store. Will definitely be back again

The staff is super helpful and always available to answer questions, and there is usually a puppy or two in need of scratches which is always a bonus!

Brooks, Jessee, and staff have always been extremely friendly every time I have gone in the store. Everyone is knowledgeable, and I always feel reassured in my purchasing decisions. Recently, I made an investment in some new equipment and was assisted with getting the equipment I really needed, saved money doing so, and am extremely satisfied.

Their own recipes are great as well. I have made amazing brews with their kits!

My wife and I perform at the Maryland Renaissance Festival, and have created a new show. We visited Annapolis Home Brew to give a preview for our online patrons of things we'll be talking about. Katie was generous and welcoming. I cannot imagine the store not having anything one needs to make beer, wine, or cider. It was we'll stocked, and the prices were very reasonable. More importantly, we were greeted from the moment we walked in, and were treated like VIP customers the whole time there. They prove that good customer service is not a lost art.

I really wish I could give this place more than five stars. Being a completely inexperienced home brewer, I had so many questions that were all answered with patience, a smile, and honest advice. Honestly, I just want to go back tomorrow and talk with these people again even though I don’t need any more materials at the moment. I never felt like I was being pushed to spend more money, but instead was guided to what would work best for me. I went in seeking assistance with making my own wine, and now I can’t wait to finish this batch so I can start making cider and beer too. I will certainly be back, and I highly recommend you go too!

I've been here a few times to fill my CO2 tank for my kegerator (honestly one of only a few places that reliably can do this for you) and it's a great store. Every you need to make, beer, wine, cider, kombucha, etc. including all of the supplies and knowhow to get you started. You can even take a class or two there as well. They also always have a variety of items on tap that they brew themselves for you to sample while you are there. Doesn't get much better than this place if you are a seasoned homebrewer or a newbie.

Was my first time visiting. I told the gentleman behind the counter that I was making wine for the first time and he was more than helpful with finding everything I needed. Great customer service and a very vast selection of equipment and ingredients!

I love Annapolis home brew. The best service and selection. They always are friendly and seemingly don't care when I bring my son in who is always running around like a maniac when I'm trying to find what I need. Sean one time sat with him for 35 min and entertained my son while I shopped and got the items I needed. I am beyond grateful for this place and the service I experience here. There is no place like it for sure.

Great selection of home alcohol-making supplies and a friendly, helpful staff who clearly enjoy being there. Saw just about everything you might need for beer, cider, and wine. Prices are relatively low for most things that I looked at. They also have some great cheese kits.

I returned to Annapolis Home Brew after a three year hiatus. I called ahead to be dismayed to hear that the extremely talented mascot tabby cat was no longer present on the premisis. He moved along with the old owners.
However,upon entering the store this evening my wife and I were enthusiastically greeted by one of the owners and a very friendly, new mascot, a Belgium Shepherd mix pooch.
After describing my mission, my wife, who is fond of wine, was taken aside for a wine sampling session...and mind you it's less than an hour from closing! I was then directed to another owner, a large enthusiastic, red bearded gentleman named Shawn, and the authority for my subject.
I was flabbergasted by the knowledgeable and congeniality customer service presented by each of the folks we met... including another dog owner with an equally friendly pooch..
Wife and I are absolutely impressed...and highly recommend you pay them a visit!

Can't recommend AHB highly enough. Jesse and Matt are extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and always willing to take time to answer any questions about home brewing. They have an outstanding selection of beer kits which they assemble and grind to order. With their help and advice, I'm turning out some awesome beer--even as a beginner.
