Giant Food

Giant is the best store ever. Clean, high quality, great staff , pharmacy, Starbucks inside, fresh food and fruit and nicely-shelved items with great things and savings for the members. Also, Giants gives free food and fruit away for kids who walk inside the store. Giant also gives a lot to Food bank for people in need. Giant is also a great place to work. Highly recommended. Well stocked store. Easy to get around and friendly employees.

My favorite grocery store. It is always cleaned and shelves are stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful. Went to get items for smores night with my children. Items were on sale, Giant always have affordable prices or really great sale prices.

A spacious Giant located in Severna Park. The store is immaculate and well stocked. I love the Frozen Salmon. It is reasonably priced and delicious. Many healthy food choices. The aisles are wide with no clutter making your shopping experience easier.

I just had Rose wait on very nice she asked me did I find everything ok. Did I need help with my to lift. And a lady named Danielle in the front desk. Thank you both so much.

I always get phenomenal service from the deli at this location. The associate, Hope, is always amazing, provides excellent customer service, and is very friendly. Went there for A&W Cream Soda and had called to see if they were in stock and they not only went to look but brought a case up front to hold for me. I was also impressed on how clean and stocked the store was. My only criticism is the parking it was aweful the set up is ridiculous trying to get through the parking is nearly impossible. But other then that a great shopping trip!

Nice, clean store and well stocked. This isn’t my regular store but if I’m passing by, I’ll stop in because they always have stuff my regular Giant is always out of. This one keeps their shelves stocked as well as possible. Nice place.

Was in Giant in Severna Park today and Dwight from Produce was extremely helpful. Will have to say it’s super refreshing to have friendly and helpful service now a days. He is a true asset to the company and made my day.

I only shop at Giant when "Safeway" is out of certain items. but I definitely can say this is a very clean well-stocked store with some extremely diligent employees who actually enjoy their jobs, I was extremely impressed with the customer service people I was looking for a particular item that was not on the shelf and they went into the back and brought me it and also gave me the discounted price. I thought that was very kind and polite and they will see my business in the future.

Surprised there aren’t more 5 star reviews for this store considering the parking lot is almost ALWAYS packed!!! There are many places closer to where we live, but we choose this store. The store associates are not the friendliest, but I’m not there to make friends. I’m there to get a large selection of produce and even a fresh squeezed orange juice. Never had much issue with the meat. I asked a gentleman at the meat counter if he could cut one of the packaged briskets a bit smaller so I could get a size of meat my family could consume (and was affordable)- very helpful. This store also has a generally unnoticeable Starbucks in the front if that makes a difference for you.

Pharmacist was very helpful. Staff also helpful. At checkout, the checker was kind.

They carry Boars Head products at the deli counter, which is twice as good as any other brand. They have a lot of sales and a good app with extra sales coupons that you can ad to your card.

Please note that all sales are linked to your Giant discount card, so you should get one at the customer service counter before you shop here. The card can be added to your iPhone and scanned at the register.

Clean store, friendly staff, just about everything you'd want in a grocery store. Always have had a good experience from the customer service counter. A loyalty card is needed to get any weekly sales. Parking lot is a bit crazy but that's not their fault.
