Go see Dwayne! Let me start by saying, I really hate the whole car buying process in general. BUT this dealership and everyone in it was amazing, helpful, and the process was so fast and easy. Dwayne was the best salesman we’ve ever dealt with on a car and to be honest he’s the reason we bought from them. He listened and really worked to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted, without being pushy or forceful like most sales people are. Brian the manager was all about making us happy with the numbers and making the process smooth. And everyone else there at the dealership helped us with the swapping of stuff and entertaining the kiddos so we could finish everything up. I can honestly say if/ when we need another car, this will be the place we go to.

The service is always so professional and reasonable in time. Medrick always takes such good care of me as if I am his only client. He always explains what is going on with my vehicle and leaves me with a level of comfort.

My experience at Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie was as quick as the car buying process could be and very simple. Salesman Dustin came to greet us while we looked around the lot and immediately got us into a vehicle for a test drive. He was transparent and clear with the entire process and I would recommend the dealership and his service to anyone!

I normally don’t run straight to the dealer for repairs, but since my car broke down on the way to NC to visit family, I figured the dealer was the safest place for me to get my car serviced. There was a small glitch in my initial repair request that left me stranded on the side of the road again, but once notified Willy and the team at Ourisman in Bowie exceeded all expectations.
