Very pleasant experience shopping for my vehicle thanks to sales consultant Trey Walker. Very knowledgeable and if he was busy with another customer, he would always greet my husband and I and let us know he would be available shortly. What I appreciated most about Trey is he actually spoke to and acknowledged me since I was the one looking for a car. Last time I purchased a vehicle the salesperson spoke to my husband about the car and only addressed me to show me how my grocery bags will fit nicely in the trunk.

I had a wonderful experience at our Ourisman Bowie. I came in fully prepared having done my research on the vehicle. The representatives were very kind and polite. I worked with Ozzie. He gave me the opportunity to test drive the car, and explained all of the steps of the purchase process to me. At no point did I feel pressured or overwhelmed, as many car salespeople can be aggressive this was not the case at Ourisman. My purchase was very smooth and easy. They have, a lot of great new tech which allows you to complete your purchase within a few short hours. No need to spend the entire day at the dealership! Would definitely recommend and return!

I've been driving Hyundai's for 6 or 7 years now. This is the first time I've been to Ourisman. I'll never go back to that other dealership.

I was in for my 40,000 mile check up. Everything was good. But there was one really big thing that separated this dealership for the other one on Ritchie Road. I kept waiting for it, but it never materialized. They did not attempt to sell me anything I didn't need.

I however felt humiliated by next associate, a lady who asked for my insurance.
She could've done better.
This is because it is customers like me who keep the business running.

I had a good experience buying my car. I communicated by text and email and advance of the test drive and was given a good price. No haggling. I would recommend for next time you need to buy a car.

The staff were courteous and displayed professionalism. After being aware that I had another appointment to attend today, the service representative assured me that the work will be completed timely, so that I could get to my next appointment in a timely manner. Finally the manager of the service department are you sure that I was completely satisfied with the work that was done and he inquired about my satisfaction with the service representative, which I informed him that the service representative was professional,
and kept me informed on the job progress. As a result of the communication, professionalism and timely completion of the work requirement, I left the dealership with plenty of time to get to my next appointment without rushing. Finally, job well done and rate I rate the team with 10.

I’ve purchased a half dozen new vehicles in my life, and have had mostly very pleasant experiences. This dealership, though, carries customer service and satisfaction to a new level. From the young associate salesperson with whom I first discussed options (Nelson), to the sales manager (Mark), and then to the finance specialist (Mimi), the staff were courteous, engaging, knowledgeable, and transparent. Ourisman Hyundai is an outstanding dealership, so much so that I anticipate referring friends there, and returning myself for my next Hyundai - even though I traveled there from out of state.

Melodie was great from the time I arrived till I picked up my car. I like the new setup and handling my payment online. Great service all the way around!

Reggie Mack my sales rep was very persistent in contacting me. When I met with him he worked with me and found the car that I wanted at the price I wanted it. He was very aware of my needs and wants. Glenn was also ver understanding and listened to my needs and worked with us. He was very open to things, flexible and friendly. Mimi the Finance manager was nice and played with my daughter who was getting a little antsy near the end of the process. The facility was nice and clean and staff were friendly.

Scheduled appt for service. Checked in with Robert, did great job over 2 days of updating me on service and issues. Not necessarily my experience in past, where it seemed they had forgotten. About me. Good experience, did everything he said he would. Would recommend

Had a great experience with my service at Hyundai of Bowie. I'm happy I was able to schedule and appointment here. Another location doesn't make appointments for the work that I needed done. I arrived early for my appointment and was able to get out in a reasonable amount of time! Everyone was very nice and I'll be going back for my next service appointment!

At the Bowie office, was helped by an amazing and professional staff called Marcus. I have faith that the world is still going the right way with such good and empathetic customer service. I had the pleasure of getting my engine light issue resolved by the fines staff at the bowie location. With impeccable service from the service advisor Melodie, to the Service Manager Marcus who ensured my concerns and questions were answered. I requested to have a loaner whilst my Tuscon 2018 was being analyzed and subsequently repaired and they got Jennifer to handle that , smooth transactions all the way through.
