Simply Mac

I had an appointment here for them to look at my broken camera lens glass on my phone. They quoted $499+ labor, but suggested instead I go to Greenville, SC Apple store for a better outcome. Well apple store wanted over $600 to replace the entire back of my phone and would do nothing for me. I was able to buy a kit for $10 off Amazon and fix it myself and my camera works great now. But I gave these folks a good review anyway because they are nice courteous and gave me good advice about alternative solutions

I experienced nothing but professionalism from the staff. They were knowledgeable about the products and were very quickly able to identify a good match to meet my current computer needs. I was treated with patience and there was no high pressure exerted to make the sale. I was encouraged to think about my purchase, price products with other vendors here locally and on line. I did so and returned the next day and purchased an upgraded system from what we had discussed previously. It was a very good experience with the transaction. All the merchandise was in stock.

The battery on my iphone needed to be replaced. I had an appointment with Best Buy, but when I got there they did not have the battery in stock and said that they could order one, but that I would have to leave my phone there. I found Simply Mac in Biltmore Park and walked in without an appointment. I think that they prefer that you have an appointment, but I got lucky and they were able to replace my battery that same day. Nice folks and great service.

I'm really confused on these 1 star reviews. I went in because my brand new MacBook Air screen was bitten by my cat. The screen went black and they diagnosed it as a faulty screen. They were extremely prompt, were able to answer my questions, and got my laptop back to me much quicker than I expected. And to top it all off, they didn't charge me a thing! I would definitely recommend Simply Mac and will use them in the future if I have any issues.

Great experience at this location! Justin was really nice and helped solve my laptop problem without pushing any unnecessary products like some tech stores can do. He spent plenty of time helping me in person, I left my laptop with them on a Saturday and it was fixed by Monday. I definitely recommend these guys for your Apple needs!

I had problems with my MacBook Pro within two weeks of its arrival from Apple. The Apple Tech Support personnel made an appointment for me at Simply Mac Asheville. Took it to them, they kept me informed as they dug into the computer and found multiple major issues. Called when the repairs were completed. Everything covered by warranty. Computer finally works as it is supposed to.

I would love to thank the staff at simply Mac asheville. They are professional, trustworthy, kind and super helpful. They helped me put my screen replacement under warranty when no one thought it could be.
The screen could cost me over 1000, but with their help, i got a "brand new" computer for free.
Can't say thank you enough.
And i highly highly recommend this store!

I was advised to use an Apple affiliate to get my iPhone X's battery replaced so that it doesn't loose it's waterproofing, etc. I was directed to use Simply Mac by the Apple website and I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I asked my questions. They also got my phone battery replaced in just a few hours. Overall, it was a great experience.

Leah and the folks at Simply Mac were fabulous. I needed to replace my iPad, and with COVID, I was concerned, especially since I have a rare form of cancer. Leah helped me make my purchase, even while standing more than 6 feet away. When I called with a follow-up question about my AppleCare plan, she handled it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend.

I had an appointment about an issue with my 6-year-old MAC. Lea and Jay worked on it together and were clearly concerned that they couldn't find the cause. They finally came up with a suggestion which turned out to be the perfect solution. I appreciated the attention they gave me and look forward to working with them again....and purchasing my next computer from them.

I attempted the upgrading of the memory of my iMac Pro (2017). After installing the new memory, my computer would not boot. I took my iMac Pro to Simply Mac, an authorized Apple service provider. It took 6 days for them to complete the repair, from a Wednesday to the following Tuesday, back to me. They were courteous, friendly and kept me up to date on the progress. I recommend Simply Mac for sales and service. They have competent staff and experience with all Apple products.

There are quite a few individuals in the last several weeks complaining about Simply Mac asking them to put a mask on. Most of these individuals falsely claim there is not a mask mandate. This store resides in Buncombe County. Buncombe County has had a mask mandate since August 18th, 2021 and continues to do so at least through January, 5th, 2022. It's not new or a surprise. Please disregard all the 1 star comments from the political fringe. Simply Mac is only doing what the County of Buncombe requires them to do.

Excellent service. I have been there 2 times to have my MacBook Pro fixed. They are very knowledgable on MacBook Pro. I will always do business with them.
