The associate took his time and listened to all my questions and let me try on at least 6 different pairs of shoes that he recommended. He was very knowledgeable about every shoe and explained all the differences to me. I ended up FaceTiming my wife who is a nurse and he helped me pick out the best shoe for her based on what she wanted. Overall great experience and will definitely purchase from fleet feet again.

Great experience at Fleet Feet. I’m not a runner, but needed a good pair of supportive running shoes to wear everyday for my knee issues. Daniel helped me and was quick to help! He scanned my feet with whatever amazing technology they use there to find the right size and style shoe that would work best for me. He even helped find something that fits my picky color scheme. The store ended up quite busy towards the end of my visit, but Daniel still made me feel a priority. 10/10 recommend!

Could not believe how courtesy, friendly, and caring the staff was with my 1st experience as a customer.
I was able to take my time about which shoe I wanted to purchase, they offered several choices.
So happy I went there, and grateful that a co-worker recommended me to go there.

My first experience with a fitting appointment and shopping at fleet feet. I was early for my appointment so a little wait was expected but I was greeted promptly and the wait was minimal. Holden was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. My feet are happy in my new shoes!!

Great place and wonderful staff! Very helpful and bent over backwards to get me what I needed. This isn't the first time I’ve shopped there and every time I’ve had someone different yet the same awesome service! I bought two pairs of shoes, one in store the other online, which they walked me through. I had the online shoes at my door the next day. I mean Wow!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. I’m greeted promptly and cheerfully asked if I need any help. I do love getting shoes that fit my foot type. The only worry I have about going into this store is how many pairs of shoes will I buy because of the great customer service. 🤣

Great store and personnel. The 3D analysis of the feet allows them to fit your feet correctly and comfortably. It was pretty busy when I was there but the employees did a tag-team routine and attended to all of us quickly and unobtrusively.

Having initially purchased from Fleet Feet in Westlake, Ohio, I was so happy to find a store near me since moving to N.C. Just as in Westlake, OH., the store in Asheville N.C. proved to have the same amazing service, as well as knowledgeable sales person. I highly recommend this store. They greeted us immediately, answered all questions, provided multiple choices for our selection. They were outstandingly professional and courteous.... Super great experience!

Great customer service at this Biltmore Park location! The sales guy was so patient with me as I tried on nearly every shoe in the store. Ultimately, they didn’t have the color I wanted so I ordered the shoe from elsewhere. Highly recommend checking them out!

My husband and I went to have an analysis performed for better running shoes. He had an appt I did not but they worked me in as well. They got it done quickly and seemed very knowledgeable about what we may need. They were patient as well since we tried on so many pairs of shoes. Highly recommend.

I needed my feet assessed. I have a severe bunion, purchased sneakers on my own; after a few days the sneakers rubbed on my feet, causing pain. I love to walk. A friend recommended Fleet Feet to get a thorough assessment and recommendations so I could return to walking without pain. I’m happy with the professionalism of the Fleet Feet salesperson who worked with me and my purchase.

You can tell they prioritize customers by the way they greet you as soon as you walk in, their attentiveness while they’re working with you, and their ability to assist all customers, even when they’re busy. This is my favorite running store in the Asheville area!

Daniel provided great customer service to evaluate my needs and fit me with the "right" shoe. I needed shoes to support me while doing a job where I mostly stand for 6-7 hours. I chose the New Balance shoe because of the extra gel cushioning. Hopeful that these shoes will prevent sore back, knees and feet.
