The Meineke service attendant was very personable and took me under the lift to show me the condition of the exhaust system on my 2011 Subaru. It definitely needed to be replaced.
The Meineke staff did a great job. It was as positive an experience as possible, considering it was a more major problem then I had expected.

All in all I am satisfied with the completed work. My complaints are not reflective of the management or employee's but the cost of repairs. I know everything is pricey nowadays and I know AC repairs aren't cheap. I'm just glad to have my AC working, and it was very cold on the ride home!! My other complaint was being able to schedule an appointment and then finding out they were understaffed and backed up so I had to arrange a ride to let them finish repairs without waiting and then go back. But, I totally understand that, it should have been a call or email though ahead of time so I didn't waste a trip if I couldn't have stayed letting me know what was going on.

The customer service and efficiency here are phenomenal. We were visiting from out of town when our car died at 8pm from a dead alternator. We were planning on going back home the next day. I called Meineke as soon as they opened the next morning and asked if they could get my car in that day. The car was towed to them by 9:30 and by 1pm they had diagnosed and replaced the alternator and fixed another issue for us. Chris was extremely helpful, communicated promptly, and provided excellent customer service. We couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you so much for helping us out!

I am from Georgia so I was unfamiliar with the area. I needed new tires on a truck we revived; it had been sitting for many years. The kids at Discount Tire didn’t listen to me when I told them to spray the lugs on the back wheels and to be careful with them because they were rusty. On one of the back wheels, they proceeded to destroy 3 of the 6, and told me I may need to get towed home, to Georgia! They then told me that every time (every time??) this happens, they send their customers around the corner to Meineke since they can replace broken studs. So they got the wheel tightened as much as possible (it was safe - 1 stud broke and the other 2 they never fully removed the lugs).

I spent almost two hours at Discount Tire. In less than an hour, the wizards at Meineke had the broken studs removed, replaced, the tire swapped, and I was on the road home.

Thank you Meineke!! Lesson learned 😁

These guys are great. I needed some suspension work to pass a vehicle inspection on an older Subaru.

The front desk guys were easy to talk to and were transparent and helpful with walking me through the repairs I needed.

The repairs were finished ahead of schedule in time for me to pick up my car and head to work the next day. I’m a week out from the repairs and my old Subaru purrs like a Rolls-Royce and drives like a dream. I’ll be going back to them for future maintenance work.

The guys at this place are awesome and amazing!! They are very generous, understanding, helpful, thoughtful, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, better people, better outcome overall!! Plus, my car drives so much better, so so smooth! I can't tell ya the last time my car drove so well!! These guys are TOP NOTCH!! I highly recommend this shop!! I will definitely be coming back in the future!!

I have had a lot of problems with my car over the last couple of years, and I’ve only took my car a couple of times to Meineke and they have done amazing work without charging an arm and a leg. I highly recommend them!!!!! I also have to say that their employees are hands down the best people to work with.

This shop is great. Mark, Chris, and Piers we're helpful and welcoming through the whole a experience but Mark was really the star of the show. I currently have a breathalyser/interlock system in my car and he worked with me through the whole process to make sure my car was fixed and safe. He explained everything in detail. He even stayed open late so I could have my car for work in the morning. Wonderful service.

All 3 dudes were/are life savers. Wish they were my mechanic at home in Durham. I did not scare them in the least. I’m from Buncombe County… they are Buncombe County… the stars Aligned … KISMET. They solved my problem. My anxiety waned. They were open at 7:30am on a Friday. My repair was complete by 10:30am. I was good to go. They would not accept food offerings. God sent me them and I’m forever grateful.

I had an emergency problem rather late in the day and brought in. They thought it was the alternator and it was going to be expensive. But they discovered that it was just a belt!! They could have ripped me off but didn’t . I appreciate thier honesty. Had it ready to go first thing the next day. I will go for all my car needs

I've started using Meineke this past year or so and always get courteous service and my vehicle is ready pretty much as promised. They listen to your needs and write up an estimate before you ever get started.

Mark was extremely helpful! Fit me in the day I called. They did amazing work securing my loose muffler and didn’t try and up charge me. 10/10 experience!

Brakes - pads rotors and flush of brake line and new brake fluid. It cost more than expected but assume Meineke has standard charges and just another experience of inflation! I trust the crew to do what they say. They got me in the day I called. Got me a cup of coffee too! Am so glad I have new brakes.

I had my truck towed in Fri. afternoon and was told I had a 1pm appt. on Sat. to look at my truck. Amazingly, my truck was fixed by opening time on Sat., 8am. After paying for the repair, I walked out to my truck and found the door unlocked. I wondered if it had been unlocked all night. (I had some valuable items left in my truck). Anyway, based on the repairs, I give 5 stars and my thanks to Meineke.

The guys went out of their way to fit us in as we experienced problems while on the road from out of state. We even got a call the next day checking that we had made it safely to our destination. Highly recommend!

Once again Meineke has come through for my Mazda CX5. My little Buddy means the world to me and I can not think of a more trusting group of folks for quality care in looking out for it. Thanks.

Had a lovely experience. Got me in same day and finished within an hour. They even waited for me when I got stuck in traffic after they closed. Super friendly, great service, reasonably priced and love how they didn’t try and up-charge a million things. Will definitely be going back!

Excellent service! Chris is helpful as always and was able to fit in both my cars to get the tires rotated. Joe the mechanic did great and got it done swiftly with an awesome attitude.

Although difficult to consider any car repair experience "great", the guys at this location were on top of it. Called in morning, made after lunch appt. for same day, dropped of vehicle and waited (as we didn't know what was wrong) and guys went over the entire system very professionally. Cost was cheaper & quicker than expected. A+

The dreaded check engine light came on. Headed for the local Meineke shop in Oakley. From diagnosis of the need for a new Vacuum Purge Solenoid to installation of the part took only a little over an hour, the cost was very reasonable and the customer service was EXCELLENT. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants the job done efficiently and well!
