CVS

I live a few blocks away and have been using this CVS as my drug store for several years. The folks in the pharmacy are really great -- there are a few who have been there consistently over the years, and really without fail they are kind, helpful, competent, and professional. During COVID they basically rigged their own clear barrier back at the desk with plastic and duct tape! They've worked hard to get things resolved with doctor's offices too, which can be such a pain as we all know. I see some negative reviews here and of course folks will have different days and different experiences. In my several years though, this CVS pharmacy has been terrific!

Excellent. Pharmacy always willing to problem solve..call my doctor if necessary.
There is often a wait, but when you are giving individualized careful attention to something as important as medication..that is to be expected.

The River Ridge, Asheville, NC CVS store manager was extremely rude and unwilling to explain two issues I had with a product I’d bought there earlier. He became irascible while speaking with me.

I have had a great experience with this CVS location. Been able to get helpful advice from the pharmacist and get in and out quickly with snacks. Every great one in a while there has been a line at the pharmacy but it’s not frequent. Also they have recently added more employees which helps.

Teresa at the minute clinic and as an absolutely phenomenal provider. Beyond a great personality she was able to draw blood easily, which my veins usually don’t allow for. Wonderful service all around and if I need a minute clinic visit, I will be sure to visit this location because of her great service.

Easiest visit ever!!!

I am very busy with work like many and hate making appointments to go to the doctor. I had some free time Tuesday afternoon and decided to get my vaccinations updated.

The River Ridge location is the easiest on my route and cleanest/safest CVS I’ve ever been to!

The Staff Teri and Pam were so helpful in my short time frame! Teri helped me check in without rushing or hesitation that put me at ease. Pam was very kind and gentle with the vaccination process and gave helpful literature. They really know what they are doing.

Thank You Pharmacist Diane Moore for your gracious service quickly filling two transfer Rxs from FL, so I wouldn't miss a nighty dose! Your willingness to fill both prescriptions within 15mins of closing when rec'd my call after 7:30p (8p closing) is so truly appreciated. Having you listen with understanding isn't a trait easily accessible these days. Your pleasant personality, work ethics and courteous service will get you far in life. Well done...continue as ya' are !

I have been going to CVS - River Ridge for several years, now. The staff has always been very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The store is well organized and neat, especially since a recent remodeling. I have also continually gotten excellent deals there. Their sale, coupon and rewards offerings are excellent, in my opinion, especially if you join their rewards program. If you utilize those offerings smartly, you can save a huge amount in cost.

I saw Teresa Davis, NP at the minute clinic and she was FANTASTIC. Highly recommend coming to this clinic if you’re feeling under the weather.

Stephanie at the pharmacy went out of her way to help me, and was quick to get me the meds I needed. These two are awesome employees!

My family had an awesome experience at this CVS and I have to share. We needed a passport photo taken of our 1year old. The photo must meet certain specifications or the government rejects it for passport use. It was a challenge to get an acceptable photo of our 1year old, as it required her to be still in front of a white background and look directly at the camera. The manager, Nikki, and store assosciate, David, spent almost an hour with us trying different ways to take the photo until we got one that was acceptable. This was all done with patience and kindness. It was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time. Thank you for all the help!

I drive 20 extra minutes just to go to this CVS. The staff is amazing, truly amazing. Everybody is busy these days so you should come understanding that but they will treat you with such respect and love!

Emily, Natalie and Michael in the pharmacy are wonderful! Always very helpful, friendly, personable and caring. I've been a customer of theirs for many years.

The pharmacy staff are always pleasant and always have my prescriptions ready before I arrive.

They've got all the best stuff, you can pick up your prescriptions, and even pick up some essentials without going to the grocery store.
