Went to the orange box and the blue place. Could not find the product or anyone that could help.
Went to ACE at River Ridge. Was greeted by an employee who was outside. Helped me find what I was looking for in less than two minutes.

My visit to Madden Ace Hardware was un planned. I was on my way to Home Depot and stopped ar McDonald's for breakfast at River Ridge. While in the parking lot I saw Ace and thought why drive to another place and by paint. Nice clean store, the staff were helpful and nice. They had Benjamin Moore paint and it worked great as you'd expect. It's a handy to get to place, give it a look over.

Couldn't be more satisfied. I needed keys made, one of which was made of thinner material. The person helping me said the key he made may not work because it was thicker. He said that if it didn't work, bring it back for a refund. It didn't work so they refunded the order with no question.

I have shopped here before and always had a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Get my propane filled here every week Good place

Placed my order online through curbside pickup. It was super easy. I didn't get the email notifying me so I just called and they got right on it. Only waited about 5 minutes after I arrived and called them to let them know I was there.

The staff carted my heavy bags of soil out and loaded them in my car. Very helpful.

Literally the nicest and best staff always. The owner definitely knows how to make you feel right at home and everyone knows so much. Home depot doesn’t compare in customer service, as the guys in orange actually run from you when you are looking for them. I not only get my veterans discount but learn so much every time I am in the store. Thank you guys!! Five stars all day!!!

This is a phenomenal place. I have been struggling to figure out what screw I would need for a multi-tool that shows a certain screw in the instructions, which in the case of this multi-tool is inaccurate. After many hours of trying to figure out what to do and what screw I would need, I finally went into Ace hardware, where I should have gone in the first place. Please! If you have an issue where you are trying to figure out something like this, wracking your brain trying to find the right hardware to make something work don't waste your time. Just go to Ace hardware!!!

One manager and an associate helped me immediately to remedy the situation. It was a miracle and I am forever grateful to Ace hardware!

They were able to figure it out immediately upon looking at the multi-tool, that the actual screw was not that depicted in the diagram for the instructions, but rather the screw was on the multi-tool itself. With behemoth strength, the associate used the hex wrench that came with the unit and removed that screw. Just remember, instructions aren't always comprehensive, and that is an understatement!

Awesome staff, went in at closing time and was struggling to find the product I needed anywhere. Let me just say I finally found the exit to the gardening section where I had a feeling the product might be hiding! Anyway, thanks again for the help pushing that 500 lb load outta that store.

Very helpful, easy to find a person to help

I have started using this store as I’ve gotten exhausted with the bigger box stores. I was so impressed each time I went inside Ace at River Ridge. Greeted multiple times and wanted to know if they could assist with anything. This is how most businesses used to operate. You will not find this at the bigger stores and is hard enough to to get someone to help you at those places.

I will be doing business with Ace for all my needs. That impressed. Great job employees at River Ridge ACE. I applaud you. Keep it up!

It's nice to go back into a hardware store like the old days. These guys and gals have it down and they are always asking if you need anything. Props to the owner Madden and his crew. Been there a lot lately and they have helped us fix a lot of things at my house and my friends house. They also have great garden decor which my wife loves...

The most helpful place ever. Mark is wonderful, took his time to help me. Even made some phone calls to make sure I had everything I needed. Every single employee there is so helpful. I highly recommend this store.
