I came here after several weeks of car shopping and completely and utterly exhausted. They welcomed me in very kindly. Heard what I needed done to make a deal happen and make me happy. My review score is solely regarding our experience with our salesperson, Kristin Kenyon. We have been looking for a small SUV that was a year or two old. When we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist who promptly called for a salesperson. We were immediately appreciative of having Kristin assist us. Unlike several of the salespeople at other dealers, we immediately felt at ease with her. Kristin did everything in her power to treat us with respect from the moment we met her until leaving at the end of the sale. I (we) hold her in the highest regard and would suggest that you ask for her specifically if you choose to visit McElveen.

I have bought many cars, but never had a salesman as great as Tommy Bennett. He was absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. I showed up at the dealership on a Saturday with no idea what I wanted. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in by Tommy and immediately knew that this was who I wanted to work with. He was patient, fun to work with, and had a wonderful attitude. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted to make me happy. It was not just about a sale for him. I finally spotted the car that I wanted, but it happened to already be sold by someone else. I had my mind set on this particular vehicle and he assured me that it would all work out. Monday morning he called me and informed me the vehicle was available again and that he was going to get me in it. The communication was great all day and Monday night I was driving home in my new Yukon Denali. 5 stars are not enough for Tommy. If you are in the market for a vehicle, go see him. The best part? I had another excellent experience at McElveen Buick buying a car. Doug McElveen always treats me like a best friend and that rolls over to his employees doing the same. My salesperson this time was Tommy Bennett. I highly recommend Tommy as he went beyond and above helping me getting exactly what I needed, as well as, all the little things, like getting my umbrella for me that I left behind in my rental car. Jeff Haller was awesome to work with. We shared a bad experience that we had with another dealership with him and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience at McElveen. Troy from finance were also great that was a no brained for us to buy 3 cars from them in Sep/Oct 2023. We were treated like friends and family not like a number or quota. Purchasing my 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV at McElveen was the BEST ever car purchasing experience I have ever had! Michael Broadhead was just outstanding to deal with. Extremely professional and well informed. I have been on the Hummer waiting list for over 2 years. When I went to the GMC dealership where I had my original reservation, they tried to sell me their Demo with a $40K 'Market adjustment'. I was not comfortable with that at all. I started looking elsewhere and came across a listing for McElveen. Not only did I get exactly the Hummer I wanted McElveen didn't even try to include any market adjustments. They told me they don't do that to their customers. Well - they have a new customer for life. Thank you Michael & the whole McElveen team - absolutely outstanding customer support!! 5+ Stars in my book!

She is attentive and does whatever needs to be done to help get a problem resolved. I had a warranty repair that was no charge. I dropped the vehicle off the day before and they started the next day on time. It was ready in a couple of hours. My service rep Dell called me to let me know as soon as it was done. Went in and picked it up. Simple, efficient, and very professional. That is how service should be. And I was very impressed and satisfied with the visit!
And would definitely use them again...

I can't thank Mr. Carlos White enough for an awesome experience buying my first ⁶diesel truck. He knows his stuff for sure, and made the entire buying process a breeze. He even helped us get an amazing interest rate and made sure that I got a keyfob with my truck- as well as making sure it was delivered ahead of schedule so that I wouldn't miss out on business. You WILL NOT find a more knowledgeable, ř I'd rate 6 stars if I could, as this entire experience was painless and FAR better than the shady no name used car dealerships I previously dealt with. I would absolutely recommend McElveen to my friends and wouldn't hesitate to breath of fresh air especially considering how high the market for trucks currently is. I also want to brag about how nice the sweet lady at the reception desk was to us (she was at a desk directly in front of the main sales department door when you walk inside)- you can tell that both her and Mr. Carlos have hearts of gold and don't mind going out of their way to ensure that customers not only feel welcome, but they they also have the most positive experience possible!
