We enjoy this BJ's Wholesale location and Wellsley Farms products. The staff are always professional, friendly and courteous. This location is always clean.

Great place, great prices on meats, cut to your liking, great prices on chicken. Always clean, there's someone to help when needed. Will sanitize your cart for you, there's hand sanitizer as well. It's well stocked, great for small business startup.

I love shopping here. The customer service is excellent and they have a great selection on everything. The prices are great too. I called to inquire about ordering a cake and the employee at the bakery was more then helpful. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me out and finding out what my needs are. I added pictures of some of their cake catalog options, as you can't find it online since it varies from club to club.

Jeff in the tire department is awesome. He was able to help us out with something after they were already closing. We super appreciate him. What a stand up guy!!! Thank you so much.

Most of the selection I'd like to see, always stocked, always clean, and the employees are helpful and courteous if needed. The prices are really what make membership worth it. Buying in bulk means you need the space to store your purchases, and the coupons and lowered prices make it all worthwhile. I haven't shopped at the attached liquor store, nor have I used the auto center, so no comment on those.

I recently got a membership and had to make a tricky return due to a fulfillment problem (long story) that was no fault of the local store. Amy at customer service was understanding and helpful as was the store manager. The staff went out of their way to take care of the issue. I was very impressed. I plan to be a long term customer of BJs.

Went in today for the first time as an instacart shopper. It was very busy and tedious for me to locate everything. However, I asked an associate for help and she took the time to help me locate the correct items. She was patient, professional and pleasant.

The discounts there are good and there is a large selection of food items.

Many you can't find elsewhere.

We shop here for our meats once a month to keep the deep freezer stocked. Love this store.

BJ's is a great place to purchase items and services but I wish i never had a conversation with a representative from Paradise Home Improvements who was marketing inside the store and this is why:
I signed a contract with them at the end of January 2023 to install five storm windows and upgrade two restrooms. In March 2023, two installers showed up on time and completed the job in one day except they installed the wrong type of windows. They said they will order the correct windows and replace the wrong ones. Shortly after the window installation, another installer contacted me to confirm the start date for the restrooms renovations. They told me it would take 2-3 days and I made arrangements to take off from work for 3 days. The day before their start date, I received a call from the installer after 7pm stating that 2 of the 3 workers had Covid. We rescheduled for a later date, Again, I took off 3 days for the work and again the night before the job, the installer called and said he had labor problems and had to postpone the project again and gave me $1000 off for another cancellation. I told the installer that I wasn't going to lose no more vacation time from work and he asked if they could work on Friday, March 7 2023 through Sunday, March 9, 2023. I was not happy that i had to take another vacation day plus waste my Easter weekend monitoring contractors. I told him this was the last time I
was going to hire another contractor to perform the work if he backed out again and just pay for remaining balance of the windows. Well again on Thursday March 6, 2023, the installer contacted me close to 8pm requesting to adjust the schedule, I told him no and ended the conversation. On Friday March 7, 2023, I contacted the sales rep who signed me up and told him of the situation. He said he would have a corporate person contact me. A corporate person contacted me via text and offered me $2500 off the total project cost. I told him no and I would pay the balance of the windows once the correct windows are installed. He replied that they will send a crew out on Saturday and I replied no. Before doing business with these people and other contractors, read the reviews carefully. We shall see how this goes. May have to go to court.

Very good values on food and household items. Only warehouse club with fresh sliced deli meat. Plus convenient to my house. Deals will change from time to time. Overall a great value

I must say we normally shop at BJ's but use instacart. But we placed a massive order for drinks and snacks for a work crew and their office. We did it as a pickup. I have never had an experience this great with a pickup. It was super easy to check in on the app and the order was out within 2 minutes. And BJ's was even willing to load it into my car.

Fantastic place to shop, friendly customer service, fantastic choices and prices for almost anything you're looking for. Spic n span clean bathrooms. I love that store. I highly recommend becoming a member. They also have a gas station and liquor store. Neat, clean well organized store.

Great store! I braved the crowds on opening weekend. It was very busy (early Sunday) but I checked out quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. You'll find mostly groceries and household goods. A small amount of "other" things, seasonal, apparel, small appliances, etc. It is smaller than both Sam's and Costco. Their prices are good, the deli prices are great! I'm thrilled to finally have an alternative in Summerville! It's sad that a couple of people left 1 star reviews. Arlene obviously didn't understand the promotion (I and many others did!) and chose to take it out on BJ'S with a 1 star. Autumn left a 1 star review 6 months before the store even opened! Wth???

Exceptional customer from a wonderful lady Jo Lynn. I was interested in getting a membership and JoLynn was very helpful and explained prices and discounts. Jo Lynn had a great attitude and was polite. The world needs more people like Jo Lynn!
